DELTA 73846-CZ Lahara Towel Ring, Champagne Bronze

5 stars for the design, 1 star for the supplied anchors results in 3 stars overall.I purchased this Towel Ring after reading others reviews indicating issues with it pulling from the wall but still purchased it because it matched the rest of the hardware I was using. After approximately 1 week of daily use, using the supplied anchors and a large towel, careful not to "pull" the ring from the wall each time it was used, the weight of the wet towel was enough to begin to pull the top anchor out of the wall.Recommendation is to use different or better anchors than the supplied ones, or find a stud to directly anchor toI would purchase this again but Delta really needs to supply some better anchors

It is more champagne than gold- meaning, it is a very fully color. This still went really well with out bathroom and we are very happy with it. It is very well made!

This Towel Ring has a very poor design to hold it on the wall. There is a little metal bracket with lips on the top and bottom that you screw to the wall. And then the Ring itself has a lip which hangs on top of the bracket lip and a tiny screw holds it on to the lip on the bottom. The ring comes off the wall frequently. There are 2 holes on the bracket that you screw into the wall with anchor screws. After the original hold doesn't work you're screwed. I put in toggle bolts to hold it onto the wall, but that pushed in the sheet rock a bit so the metal bracket with the lips wasn't protruding enough. I just put some thin metal plate behind the bracket so it wouldn't get sucked into the sheet rock and now it "appears" to be holding good. Only time will tell. Seems like this design should be better thought out.

Straightforward install. Somewhat difficult to get the two drilled holes perfectly lined up. Would help if the mounting bracket had some ability to adjust to the holes. Other than that, the towel holding looks great and feels like quality construction.

These are installed through out my house and they all feel sturdy and the ring stays in place. The one from Amazon constantly moves. It was super easy to install, so I am really hoping this lasts

It's gigantic - make sure to take note of the dimensions before you buy. The ring itself is almost 8 in, and it sticks out quite a ways from the wall. I'm replacing one that has a 6 in diameter and barely sticks out, so this one just looked ridiculous. Also, the rosette is very large and clunky - it looks sort of dainty in the pictures but it's very thick in person. I am returning two Lahara towel bars for the same reason.

Ordered twice thinking they send me the wrong color. So I decided to returned the fort order and orders more and hoping to be the nice champagne bronze. WTH this is not even close to champagne bronze. More like chrome. Horrible color. Returning both orders. Yuck.

I looks good with my other Lahara fixtures. Seems like good quality except you are going to want to get better screws if you are drilling it in to a stud. The ones they provide are poor quality, and stripped amazing fast. It was a lot of work to get it out and replace it with better screws.

Product is great but I received a scratched product with an open box. Looked previously used

finish doesn't look like real bronze...i.e. it looks a little fake
