Not enough stars!
We have two of our four dogs crate trained. Their crates are in one of our extra guest bedrooms. Now before all of you PETA loving people have anything to say, our dogs love their crates. We’ve made it their homes, and they are never in for long periods of time. One of the dogs in the crates is a labradoodle, the other is my giant baby, our English mastiff, Athena. Now Athena is my child from before me and my fiancé got together, so she is really really my baby, although before all you non-favoriting parents (we all know your lying and you really do have favorites) have anything to say, I treat them all equally. So Athena is flawless, but she does have something called excessive drool. Her daily routine consists of shaking when I wake her up and when shaking, throwing her drool all over me, the walls, and anything else in a 10 foot radius. Needless to say, the walls now needed to be cleaned. So I get this amazing idea that I’m going to surprise my fiancé and clean the base boards and the walls. Little did I know this was going to be a real project. I get super prepared, at least I thought so. I have rags, paper towels, 409, and anything other cleaning supply that isn’t supposed to be used on walls (they’ve got to be lying to me right? It just means it’s super powerful) with me ready to tackle this monster of a wall. Two hours later I haven’t even made a dent. But I’m determined and keep cleaning. Dried drool on the wall is a nightmare FYI. So about 30 minutes later my fiancé comes in, and she’s laughing because I’m sweating my butt off, I’ve stripped to my boxers only, and I’m cleaning this stupid drool off this stupid wall, and I haven’t made any progress at all. She laughs more, I get mad, and well you know how bickering goes. So she comes back in the room and tells me to use this tool. I mean it’s a freaking white sponge, I’ve used every dang chemical I could find in the house. I laugh laugh and say that’s never ever going to work. This dumb little baby sponge is not going to do the job. So just to show her up, I use this thing after putting some water on it. Much to my surprise it starts coming off, and not just a little, all of it is coming off super easy. So I pretend like it’s not working, sit in there another 2 hours (even though I was done after 30 mins and 3 magic erasers later) and then tell her I finally finished. I tell her how terrible the eraser was and blah blah blah how I had to tackle it like a man. Put some elbow grease on it, and got it done. Well I messed up in my plans because I realized that I used the last 3 magic erasers in the house. She doesn’t typically clean until the weekend and this was late Sunday, so I’ve got about a week to sneak them in the house and pretend like nothing ever happened. I hop on amazon, and see they are pretty decently priced. Then I start to reminisce and remember how awesome they worked I get excited, forgetting about our argument, and how I had to be right, and I decide to order 5 boxes of 8 of these. Completely forgetting that they will be at the house in 2 days with amazon prime. Well two days later here we are. I’m happy I received 40 magic erasers, but boy am I in some trouble. These are essential to any cleaning job. I don’t even care what it is. I’m going to be using one. I might even use it to clean a clean wall just because it’s so satisfying. Thanks for reading and good luck cleaning. By the way, this is a true story. P.S. Don’t feel bad for my fiancé, I’m the one always getting in trouble for nothing. Product is still amazing, we keep tons of these at the house, and still recommend this product to everybody (yes, even you PETA lovers, isn’t that nice of me?).

Every parent of young children should have this product!
Overall Rating: It falls apart rather easily, almost in a crumbling type manner, but it cleans things like permanent marker!! It also slices pretty easily on anything that has an edge, like between the stainless finish of a microwave and the glass. Each one can be used twice in my opinion at most or until the surface on both sides are no longer white. I use it to clean the tub/shower, sinks and appliances. Video Background: I added a video of cleaning permanent marker off a Simple Human stainless steel trash can. At the time of the video, the marker was about 1 week old. When my son first did it, I tried to clean it off immediately. First trying with a rag with soap and water but it was pointless. It would not come off. Then my husband suggested the magic eraser. It came off so easily! I was amazed. I regretted I didn't document the process because it was so unbelievable. 1 week later when taking out the trash, I notice I missed some of the permanent marker so that is when this video is taken. Even after 1 week it was still easy to remove. All that I did was wet the eraser with water. I did not use any other products.

Magic and actually fun for kids to use :)
As a mom of three boys, i don't need a growth chart. I can use our walls' "dirt chart." Lol i am constantly trying to get their handprints, drinks, silly string, dirt from outside, and i don't even know what, off the walls. I don't think i want to know. It's like thing one and thing two have run through the house most days. I've bought scrub brushes, stayed up till two a.m. with kitchen soap and hot water, thinking, what will cps say? Lol but i finally remembered, in a deep memory, that once upon a time when i wasn't this poor, i had splurged in magic erasers. I ran for my amazon cart and bought a box. My kids and i had the walls done in the first hour and they had a blast watching the spots come right off so easily. They hated scrubbing too and seeing almost no change. (I believe that it's the texture applied before paint, plus the amount of gloss in a high traffic area, that makes it difficult to get this clean with regular items. I attached a victory pic. The left side is cleaner and the right hasn't been done yet.) This is really magical. We lost their dirt chart lol but that's OK. They'll surely make another for me to clean. Lol

Works decently to clean limited surfaces
This is an odd product recommended on my landlord's move out cleaning list. I had never heard of it before, but it worked decently well. It's important to make sure it's sufficiently dampened, or it will crumble to pieces (kind of like a pencil eraser). A new sponge works great, though as it's used it becomes stained and the edges become less firm, so it gets more difficult to clean quite as well. I had the best luck with the shower tiles, as long as I could keep rotating the sponge to use different clean/ firm edges on the grout lines. It would fall apart if used on any rough surface. It didn't have much of an odor or scent, which I appreciated. Overall it worked nicely, but I felt like I was wasting about half of each sponge as it got too battered to use effectively. The sponge gradually melts away, which makes me wonder about any residue it might be leaving behind, but since I've left the apartment where I used this, I'll never know. On the whole I'll probably stick to my regular eco-friendly natural products, but this was an interesting experience.

Who can complain about these magic erasers?
I've used these for many, many years, since my kids were little. My grand kids are grown or almost grown now. I bought an off brand a few years ago because they were cheaper. They worked but not as well as the real deal. I use them in the shower to get water stains off the glass shower doors. They work great in the oven to get the crud off that doesn't come off with normal cleaning. They work especially well on the oven door. They work on stainless steel and aluminum cooking pots and pans, too. When my friend moved out of Navy housing we used these to get the crayon markings off the walls. They work well on the tire rims but I DON'T use in the painted parts of the car. To use, wet them a little then gently scrub. You can use a little bit of elbow grease but usually it's not necessary. Once done with it, let it dry before storing. You can get multiple uses out of each sponge depending on what you use it for and how much area you use it on. I highly recommend these over the knock-offs. But, don't take my word?? Test them yourself.

Once I discovered these, MY LIFE CHANGED!!
I use these Mr. Clean Magic Erasers to clean everything (almost everything). They clean soap scrum and shower grime with ease. They clean stuck on food from dishes and sinks. They clean dried spills and shoe marks off of floors. They clean countertops in kitchens and sinks. They can clean toilets. (I'd keep a separate one for that.) They even clean marks off of painted walls!! They really are "MAGIC" and make cleaning so much effortless than before. They make the impossible seem possible! The only thing I tried to clean with these that didn't work was a leather purse. I wanted to use them to remove a mark from the leather, but they started to damage the leather's finish. So I stopped. So don't use them on leather, but anything else - go for it!!! :-) These really will change your life !! They make cleaning so easy (almost fun - almost) !

Of course it will clean the things you expect but it will also brilliantly clean leather sneakers
For those who have never used these, buy a box now. Of course it will clean the things you expect but it will also brilliantly clean leather sneakers, white walls on tires, clothes lines, any white surface-that isn't fabric. And I've never tried it on fabrics so they may work just as well. First time users may be alarmed to find that the method of usage is to tear off what you think you'll need and, if that's not enough, rip off another section. Their lack of surface grit or bristles makes them easier on leather products and as to clean up, there is no clean up, just throw the piece you used away. This ability to use just as much as you need is a money saver compared to other scrubbers or pads which require you to use the whole thing and the put back a damp, slightly used piece whose shelf life is fastly disappearing. Great to keep in a baggie in your glove box in your car against....I don't know what and neither will you until you need to clean up something. Quit reading, order some. By the time they reach you, you'll have a purpose to them.

Great product!
Now one of my favorite cleaning products. I am not the type that likes spraying chemicals all over the place (or paying for them). These "Magic Erasers" are great for some of the most annoying cleaning... specifically I keep one in the shower stall to wipe down the glass door, chrome(plastic) around valve, and the walls. I find just running it over these surfaces about once a week until "smooth" feeling pretty much keeps the soap scum from being there - glass is clear etc. Very quick to do, no bad chemicals, and the eraser lasts a very long time so I'm confident cost is minimal. Also good on painted walls (kids fingerprints etc) and removed quite the buildup of dog nose prints on the glass door to back yard... Did not work well for me on inside of oven door (perhaps too many oils on that?) Oh well, can't be perfect.

Buen producto. Solo dura muy poco.
Realmente funciona. Quita manchas de crayola en la pared. Solo que se desgasta muy rápido la esponja

Not so Magic the Magic Eraser
Did not really the trick for me to remove some strong grime and dirt on multiple surfaces, so not sure why people raving so much about this one, but with a proper cleaner and sponge you achieve the same for way less money to pay.

Tengo que comprar otros!
Es un estupendo producto, aunque el uso es bastante limitado (se acaba muy rápido el efecto de borrado), tengo que comprar otros porque realmente es eficiente.
