I was skeptical but this product actually works for me. I have tried several over the counter weight loss products and the only one that ever worked for me was OxyElite Pro so when that was pulled from the market a few years ago I have over the last few years gained about 30 pounds to a high of 210 (6' 50+ male fwiw).I take only two capsules in the morning and that kills my hunger enough to not eat until after 6 though I do get pretty jittery for a few hours. Essentially IGNIT3 is making it possible for me to do intermittent fasting with a daily eating window of a few hours. I've lost about 10 pounds in the last month and as of this morning I'm under 200 lbs for the first time since last August, 8 months ago. I could possibly accelerate the weight loss by taking more capsules daily but since the current dose is slowly but steadily working I'm going to stick with it for the time being.

This product has helped with my continued efforts on losing weight. This along with a good diet and gym workouts have helped me get in better shape. I don't get the jitters and no real side effects.

I stick with 2 pills a day this is pretty strong and makes me sweat a lot.
