Victorio Strumento Professionale di Rimozione Nocciolo Dalla Ciliegia con Ventose Bianco
Snocciolatore piccolo e compatto.

Misses pits on smaller cherries
Really like. I have thousands of cherries to process and this worked 95% to my satisfaction. Some cherries were a bit too ripe and some too small and the cherry putts were a miss but I’d say 99% worked perfect. Better than pitting individuals like I had beef in the past. Yes I recommend for high volume. I haven’t tried it on large store bought cherries yet just the small sour cherries.

Beats hand held pitters
I bought the Victorio Cherry Pitter based on the reviews of others. It's design seems well thought out, but it does have faults a future buyer should be aware of. The first fault is that it leaks. This has to do with the clever little gasket that lets the pit drop into the tray. (the pitter comes with two and I already lost one). A small change in design could collect that juice and channel it into the pitted cherry container. Or seal the gasket so juice doesn't leak out.Secondly, the spout could be a little longer.Thankfully, the suction base is first rate. It stays where you put it.I tested it by pitting 1 pound or more of cherries. It went quite fast. I later found about 6 pits in the cherries, so any future buyers should be aware that they will need to carefully inspect the finished product.I think it it is a good value for the money.
