This is a top of the line charger, and it absolutely does deliver on the Quick Charge 3.0 standard. And of course it has two additional charge ports as well, both capable of a max output of 2.4 Amps. I just want to make sure, in writing this review, that people reading it understand what Quick Charge 3.0 is and isn't. Because from reading some of the other reviews, it is pretty clear that there are some misconceptions.Only a very few devices out there right now take advantage of the Quick charge 3.0 standard. You can find a list of them, as of April 2, on Qualcomm's site.There are seven phone models on that list. (More are being introduced all the time, of course. For example, my phone--the HTC 10, which is a Quick Charge 3.0 device--is not on that list, as the list came out before the phone did.)That list from Qualcomm also shows which devices can take advantage of Quick Charge 2.0, a standard this charger can also provide. There are a lot more of those devices on the list. (I counted sixty-nine.)Here's the thing: every one of those Quick Charge devices is an Android smart phone or tablet. Apple devices are not Quick Charge devices! That's not to say this charger won't do a great job of charging your Apple devices. It certainly will. It just isn't going to charge them any faster than any other charger capable of supplying 2.4 Amps (for Apple devices that can accept 2.4 Amps - some accept less than that.)If you've been using a 1.0 Amp charger to charge your iPhone 6s or your iPad, and you switch to this charger, then sure, your phone or iPad will charge much faster. But that has nothing to do with the Quick Charge technology, and everything to do with the increased amps this charger is providing your phone.I apologize if you are one of the people reading this review thinking, "Yeah, yeah, I already knew all this", but I really felt the need to explain it, because from reading other reviews it was clear there's a lot of confusion out there. I certainly want people to purchase this charger if it is the right charger for them, and if they are buying it for the right reasons. I just don't want to see someone who is already charging their Apple devices with a 2.4 Amp charger buying this one because of the Quick Charge 3.0 in the description, thinking it is going to charge their Apple devices faster, because it just isn't going to do that.Another issue to be aware of is the charge cable. This charger does not ship with any cables. To take advantage of the full capabilities of Quick Charge 3.0, you'll need a high quality, fairly heavy gauge cable.If you're going to buy this charger, buy it for the right reasons. It's from Anker, so you know it is going to last. It has the Anker guarantee. It is clearly well-designed, and put together well. It has a nice, solid feel to it. With three charging ports it's flexible enough to get the job done. And the Quick Charge port certainly meets the Qualcomm Quick Charge standards. This is a great, top of the line charger, and you won't go wrong buying it. Just make sure that if you do, you buy it for the right reasons!(I'll add that though I have occasionally received products at a discount in exchange for honest, unbiased reviews, I paid full price for two of these chargers from Anker because I've recently acquired a Quick Charge 3.0 capable phone. I'll keep my review short. This device is amazing, it is capable of fast charging my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge or any Qualcomm 3.0 Fast Charge capable cellphone or device. It also includes 2 IQ smart Voltage charging ports which means it can charge any device plugged into it. I was able to charge my Astro A38 Bluetooth headset, and my PlayStation Vita directly via USB without any issues. This devise is a bit on the bulky side but that is something to be easily ignored when you can quickly charge multiple devices of different types with this one quick USB charger.

This charger works perfectly fine with my Moto X Pure (2nd gen) phone. The phone recognizes the charger as a Turbo Charger and tops the battery incredibly fast. Note that there is only one Quick Charge USB connector on the charger, the other two are IQ connectors. The IQ chargers are faster than most USB chargers but not as fast as the QuickCharge one. The quality construction of the device is exceptional. However, I'm discounting one star as the charger is big and heavy. This is not a problem if you are going to use it as a house charger, but I found the charger too big for traveling.

I received this charger for free in exchange for an honest review.I know that the cliché saying of something being referred to as “the best of both worlds” is rather overused, However, this device truly can be accredited with such a claim. First of all, it has anker poweriq technology, which is by far the best way to charge devices such as an iPhone or Android Tablet, since they do not have any means to quick charge on their own. Secondly, if you do have do a quick charge 3.0 port, combined with this device it will be the fastest method of charging available on the market.Another thing to remember is that this device is also retro compatible with quick charge 2.0 and 1.0, so if you have a device that supports either of these versions it will coordinate with whichever quick charge device properly in order to charge at the maximum speed.This charger is not only compact and easy to transport, but it is also incredibly durable, and this durability has become a trait that I have come to expect from all Anker products, and I have not been let down yet! I use my devices all the time, and although I try to be careful with them, we are all human and we make mistakes, so it is a great benefit to us all that Anker puts so much time into making sure that their products are well made.This charger is the perfect companion for any tablet or smartphone with quick charge technology, and even if your smartphone does not support current quick charge technology, you can be sure that in buying this device you will be ready for when you make the upgrade to a better smartphone, and you can rest assuredly in that you will not need to buy a new charger as well.I sincerely appreciate all that this device has to offer. It truly is, “the best of both worlds” in terms of normal and quick charging technology. It works with all sorts of devices, including those that support quick charging technology and those that do not, and it has three USB ports so that you can charge several devices at once. You can even use the charger to charge devices of both types at the same time, and you wont experience any slowdown!To sum it up, if you are like me, and you are the type of person that does not like having to be constantly buying new chargers to accommodate the purchasing of new tech, then this is the ultimate device for you. It will work with quick charge tech and normal tech. It will work with current devices and future devices. It is a well-built device that will last a long time and it will ALWAYS operate at peak performance… what else could one ask for?

Awesome fast charging my powerbank, phones and bluetooth headset. If the phone is not quick charge compatible, it still charges faster without hampering its battery life becoz Qualcomm chip intelligently identifies their native charging protocols and provides the appropriate charge. Also if all the port is occupied, there is no lag in charging in any of the ports.
