I really needed a peel since I had been using a ridiculous assortment of cutting boards to slide dough into a pizza stone. This one works better than the cutting boards I had been using. The only thing I don't like is the protrusion where the handle attaches to the metal peel. It can make it hard to slide sometimes or gets caught. It's a fairly minor complaint and it's a trade off because you can remove the handle for storage. I sort of considered the pizza cutter a bonus but it's been pretty useful. It fits in a drawer out of the way which is nice.

Bought this paddle and cutter to go along with my new Onni pizza oven. It fit perfectly! I was skeptical if it would fit good and if I was going to be able to turn the pizza, bit ai was able to do so with ease. It was also extremely easy to clean. No flour, cheese or burnt residue stuck to it. Bonus, it folds up and stores easy. The pizza cutter, is EXTREMELY sharp as well!!

Folding and locking are great for storage. Open and locked is great for lifting pizza. usually I drop the hot pizza on the floor because it burns my fingers but with this peel the pie makes it to table. Where I drop it there. Great tool, easy to open/close, compact for storing, strong for the heaviest pies. That's amore!

It's a nice peel but even with a ton of corn meal, flour whatever to make the pizza dough not stick it sticks.... everything.Also the blue protective film onbthe metal sheet part. It was east to peel off but around the edges small pieces of the blue plastic were stuck and was a pain in the ass to get off before using.

The product itself is nice. However, the packaging could literally cut your finger off. I assumed the rocker cutter would have a covering of some type. Nope. I opened the box and it sliced my hand open. Not only that but the blade was pointing outwards.

Now getting a pizza off the rack will be so much easier without fear of dropping. The pizza cutter will almost make my “wheeled” pizza cutter obsolete. The ease of cutting through the crust…

This is just like what you see in pizzerias! It’s very sturdy ,and clean-up was a breeze. No more trying to pull out a pizza without it getting messed up. The design is nice,also. Well worth the price!

Adding these t items to our family night of making pizza is great. Works great and we love using it! Can't beat it for the price!

This pizza peel is the perfect size and weight for using on my pizza stone in my bbq. Like all peels, be sure to use plenty of flour or corn meal and be quick to ensure that the dough doesn’t stick to the peel.
