I have Dyshidrotic Eczema on my hands, & this has been a LIFESAVER! 🛟 While it doesn’t “cure” eczema, it is great for hydration. No scent, not a greasy feel. Just soft hands! A little goes a long way, & you don’t have to use it every day or use a lot.

This product is amazing. Great value for the money. I work with my hands and they are constantly beat up. I also climb for fun and this helps with recovery a lot. Skin feels great the next day just a few minutes after application. Does not leave a greasy feeling on your hands like some lotions do. Really easy to apply and very versatile. I use it for dryness, cuts, eczema, and just sore hands. Highly recommend and will buy again.

There are very few products my family and I will recommend without hesitation. This hand salve is one of them. O'Keeffes Working Hands is wonderful - especially for cracked heels and dry elbows. I've tried various creams and lotions over the years, but nothing worked - until this. It's worked wonders. However, please be aware that it should be used sparingly or combined with lighter lotions. Otherwise, it's too sticky and can be uncomfortable which is the reason for minus one star.

I've tried more hand creams than I care to admit and nothing comes close to this. Working with my hands constantly, they take a beating, dry, cracked, rough, the works. This stuff actually fixes it instead of just masking it for a few hours. The consistency is rich without being heavy, easy to scoop and rub in, and a little goes a long way. It sinks in fast without leaving that greasy film a lot of creams leave behind, and it's never once irritated my skin even with daily use. Within a day or two the cracks start closing up and the skin actually feels like skin again instead of sandpaper. It's basically become part of my nightly routine at this point, my hands genuinely look and feel younger because of it. It's a little on the pricier side compared to other hand creams, but honestly that's not a problem at all once you see how well it actually works. If you work outside, work with your hands, or just deal with brutal winter dryness, do yourself a favor and grab this. It's the real deal.

Works well so far. My cracked skin is already feeling and looking much better. I had several cracked, bleeding places on my hand about 4 days ago and right now my hands are blissfully healing. We will see if my hands can become normal again. Nothing else has worked this well before and so quickly. I like that it is not greasy, also.

I hate to have greasy hands. Like I rather have reptile hands than using cream. I can use this cream. I have to wait about 30 seconds after using it to touch anything because of my psychological issues-- I hate cream. After that, my life continues as usual with not -as-dry hands.

Besten Dank, Meiner Meinung nach ist es die beste Handcreme für extrem Probleme. Wenn die Hände so aussehen wie in der Werbung dann ist es genau das richtige Produkt. Ich hab seit Kindesalter im Winter rissige Hände und jetzt nach 20 Jahren Industrie hab ich Risse bis zum Fleisch. Hab drei Packungen ausprobiert und das erste mal keine rissigen Hände mehr gehabt. Danach 2 andere Cremes ausprobiert und die Risse sind wieder da. Der Preis ist nicht billig, aber hier günstiger als in der Drogerie. Beste Creme die ich kenne und bin mittlerweile alle Produkte durch, selbst besser als teure Apotheken Produkte.
