Great storage for 5 pound bag of sugar
Perfect size for 5 pound back of sugar. I got the larger size sugar to save money but it required a reliable way to store it and keep it fresh. It’s well made, seals completely, fits on the shelf and maintains freshness. The price is very reasonable. May buy others for other baking staples like flour.

Look, at first the price caught me off guard. There's so many options for mixing bowls, containers, you name it, for well under the price of this 6 quart container. But given the quality? I expect to give this to my children so they can begin to make artisan bread long after I've passed.The size, 6 quarts, is great for a 1000g dough at 90+ percent hydration and letting the dough triple. Very happy with it! Especially happy to be able to see through it and know exactly how much the dough has risen.
