Amazing unmatched customer service!
Update 12/22/22: Geeni clearly recognizes solid customer service is key!! Being disabled I exclusively shop online. It’s very rare I come across highly competent customer service, let alone management level AND week before Christmas! I’d recommend Geeni over and over after “meeting” Lisa Marie!My issue was thoroughly and immediately handled w utmost professionalism and human kindness. Other companies could learn lot and excel in positive customer experiences if they model after Geeni!!Lisa Marie’s ability to succinctly grasp issue and professionally address it all with a splash of charismatic style was enormously refreshing!!How often do YOU receive phone call for customer service- nearly never! AND someone who cares enough to make THAT call after business hours bc they realize you accidentally fell thru cracks - wow, wow and wowza!I can certainly say Geeni has corned market in customer service mgmt! They have process and manager w skills that should be envy of their competitors! It is obvious Lisa takes tremendous pride to ensure she provides positive customer experience.While it took some perseverance on my part for this issue to cross her desk, I’m thrilled I did not give up! She truly went out of her way to find instant solution, reaching out to colleagues while I was on phone. It was crystal clear she wanted me to know I mattered.I am disabled, which I don’t often share. My disability needs were contributing factor in this situation. Not only did she understand, she truly respected my personal challenges.Who knew smart bright white light Edison bulbs are uncommon? My new fixtures required Edison shape bulbs, 2 per fixture, in order to provide necessary bright clear outdoor lighting. She understood my lighting need. She was keenly aware no competitor offers similar product to fit fixture and provide crisp clear lighting, not amber yellowish lighting. Not only did she know Geeni product, she knew competitors product shortcomings.To say I was delighted by her product knowledge and our conversation would be understatement.Mistakes do happen, which I understand. If you learn from mistake, you can prevent from repeating. I will say my take away is no other customer will encounter what I did with Lisa at Geeni’s customer service helm. I’m 150% confident she will never allow that to happen.It is with true pleasure, I am happy to recommend Geeni smart Edison bulbs!Original review: Purchased 4 pack bulbs w 2 fixtures. Hired someone to install fixtures & bulbs early October. 4 of 4 bulbs either damaged, defective and/or non smart operational. Nearly dozen emails w seller. Agreed in writing to replace. Waited weeks, no replacement. Subsequent emails unanswered to date. Being disabled I rely heavily on Amazon products & sellers. This was single worst experience! Non working product I will not replace w same product. App does not work as it should either. In search of 4 smart Edison bulb to meet my 2 new fixture needs of 4 bulbs. I do not recommend Geeni bulbs or app!

LOVE GEENI
I'm a huge fan of Geeni. When I first started with smart lights, I went with the company we all know, GE. I was extremely reluctant to go with products from a company I've never heard of. GE does not make candelabra smart lights with an E12 base so I got the Geeni lights. My experience with GE has been a bit of a nightmare. Lights have issues in setup and often lose wifi connection. Geeni has been the polar opposite. Extremely easy to set up, the app is amazing and easy to use, it also flawlessly integrates with the Google Home app, another thing GE had a issue with. These lights are awesome, love the cleaner, more natural light you achieve with a clear bulb and the tuning is awesome, it will fit any mood and activity. I've got my 3rd set of Geeni lights with another more arriving tomorrow!!

Geeni Advertised Warranty: Does it really exist?
The bulb looked great when it was working. Really liked the color and brightness options. I was very sad when one of the bulbs wouldn't turn on but felt some what relieved knowing the bulb was still covered under warranty. I filed a warranty claim and waited 4 weeks and still no replacement bulb. Called customer service and they said company records are waiting for a status update from their warranty department and they are experiencing inventory issues and to call back in two weeks for an update. Thought maybe this was Groundhog Day? We did this dance for the following two months and still no replacement bulb. And how can this be an inventory issue when the same bulb is being sold on the date of this posting. And why can't I just get a comparable bulb in "inventory" and would be more than happy to pay the difference. So, if you plan to purchase this bulb because of Geeni's warranty protection, I would do so with caution and don't expect Geeni to honor their own advertised warranty. Wanted to select negative stars but required to select at least one.

Lights are great, but the integration is a little fuzzy.
So we used the Geeni LUX Edison ST21 Edison Wifie bulbs in two of our light fixtures in our dining area and in our front sitting room to replace some very yellowish (2200 kelvin) lights that came with our fixtures. What we really love about these is primarily the ability to adjust the kelvin rating, through the Geeni app, to whatever temperature suited the space along with the brightness. I can't say much for the "Globe" brand version of these lights, but having the extra 300 lumens over the Globe bulbs does help if you happen to have less neighboring lighting in a large space.QUICK NOTES: If you want to change the bulbs temperature on the fly I don't recommend using your Google Assistant. In testing with voice commands asking Google to change the bulb to "Cool White" actually changes the bulb color to a "Warm White" and vice versa. For most folks, this won't necessarily be an issue since you will primarily be setting it to one temperature for the life of the bulb. When setting the initial settings for your bulbs, it's better to use the Geeni app. Otherwise, you can do just about anything else like setting brightness levels, routines, etc. on your respective voice assistant.I would love to give this product a 5 if they improved the color change integrations for the Google Assistant.
