Defective product!! Zip stopped working in 15 days.
Within a 2-3 weeks of purchasing this product the zip stopped working. I contacted the zouk customer care but they said they don't have a return policy and will also not repair the wallet. I could not return it to Amazon as the return window had passed and the Amazon customer care told me they can't do anything. Now I'm stuck with this wallet which does not close and I cannot keep any money in it. I chose zouk for their quality. I am sure mine was a defective piece.

Zip issue
A brand new one has zip issue, I wonder if there are quality checks done for these. It’s misshapen and didn’t close, after the very first time I opened it. It was a gift to my mother, disappointing.

The product quality is not good the zip came out the second day...they have no exchange policy...the product quality is very poor
