Root Candles Cemetery Prayer Candles for Outdoor Burning in Clear Flame Resistant Plastic Vessels, 12-Count, Memorial

I have been burning candles for my loved one and let me tell you these candles are fantastic as a backup. I usually buy the 9-day one but the last order I got was very poor quality. These however are good quality and have a good duration. I also have a box for emergencies and it has come in handy a few times.

I bought these candles to burn at my parents' gravesite. They're specifically made to burn outdoors and they burn clean to the bottom. I've purchased similar candles from church supply sites and these are much better and much less expensive! These were also in stock when the others were on backorder from the church supply sites. Eventually, I ended up with 3 cases of candles since the backorders came through (I thought I had cancelled them). However, when they're all gone, I'm going back to these. I replace the candles each week so I appreciate the value of these candles. You do get 1 day less of burning time with these candles, but I go on the weekend so if it's 6 or 7 days, it doesn't matter. It will need to be replaced by the time I get there.

I am so disappointed. This is our second d box of these candles. The first box was great. We use them in our decorative glass candle holders.In this recent box purchased just a couple of weeks ago we have already had two bad candles. They burned a couple of days then stopped because the wick burns too fast and into the wax. The first candle I burned I ended up using a knife to break around the wax down to the wick because I didn't want to just throw it away. This second candle has done the same and is no longer burning. When I received the box I noticed it has several stickers on it. Seems like I ended up with a bad batch. The first box was great so we purchased a second. I hope Root will contact me to make this right.

They are great candles. Last about 6-7 days. Only once out of 3 or 4 boxes I bought the plastic burned.The price increase is outrageous though. In January I was buying for 45-50 dollars the box with 12. Now it’s 144 dollars.Can’t buy them anymore

Initially I thought these candles were not good quality- I purchase for mother in law 4 boxes for cemetery hurricane. My mother in law loves this plastic version vs. The glass style as she used to purchase from cemetary store. Glass version(from different company) usually included several broken candles and did not burn long enough- maybe 4 days.I will continue ue to purchase from this seller:) Good price.

The candles have a gap in the middle, the wicks are not in the center, they are slanted in the candle, which makes burning uneven and eventually burns a hole in the container. This also makes the candle non continuous. We ordered and received two boxes, the first box was good, by the time we used up the first box, it was to late to return the second box for replacements. Definitely check all products when you receive them. Also, when the candles burn uneven, and burn a hole in the candle holder, the wax runs into the container we use to burn the candles in. We have a red container we use in front of the Blessed Mother, makes it very messy to clean up. Can’t rate this product any higher, because they are not consistent with production, you never know what your going to get until you get it.

Always completely burn. Never had a problem. Always will buy went I run out

Poorly made, came in plastic tubes. When i removed the candle from the plastic tube, some of them were broken. All of them the wick is not attached to the body of the candle.

I like the steady flame and burns to the end. Good quality candle..

I am disappointed in this product and its burn time. This candle barely burned for 5 days and no where near 6 or 7 days as advertised. I would not buy these again and seeking a return.
