CG1000-9548 65% Extension Slide Out Truck Bed Tray, 1000 lb Capacity - 95" Long & 49.25" Wide

This is a very good product but the quality control was very poor. Holes were very sloppy and very poorly done. The slide could not latch all the way closed because the back hole was poorly placed. Someone tried grinding down the back rubber bumper and when that didn't work they ground out the back latch hole. This was still not enough to line up and work but it was shipped this way even though it still couldn't latch.. I had to pay an hour and 1/2 of extra shop time to deal with this problem. One of the roller bearings was off and loose in the box. The shop had to supply a new c ring because it was missing. After all this hassle it was finally installed and works very good. I like this product very much but would hesitate to recommend it with all these problems.

after a year, the slide began to jam and became impossible to open. We had the dealer remove and reinstall and they said nothing was wrong. Occasionally it would loosen up and slide again but eventually would jam. We have not been able to open it for months!
