### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Piece of Kitchen Equipment.

Bought this for my husband who has changed his diet to accommodate a lot more fish. He likes it because he can add onions, mushrooms and other things like fresh herbs without everything actually sitting in liquid. The fish sits just above the liquid and the steam cooks it nicely without making it soggy. Keeps in all the flavour. Seems to have been a hit. It is also very durable. It is made from stainless steel so we do put it in the dishwasher even though the directions say not to. It hasn't come to any harm and still looks nice and shiny! The company was efficient in sending it and I received it in time for Christmas. No complaints at all. Would recommend doing business with them.

Actually bought it to steam things, namely fish. Had to bend the pull tabs a little bit so they wouldn't bump up against the lid. Placed mason jar lids in the pan to support the cooking tray. Has held up to dishwashing so far, although it isn't recommended. Looks great, cooks great, and now we have added a much healthier option to our diet..As an aside, the pull tabs somehow aren't as hot as expected when finished cooking.
