3L sling at a glance: The ideal minimalist 1 camera bag. Ideal for a single body + lens and a few accessories. Also great for everyday use or travel. Our only sling that can also be worn as a waist bag. Example: Camera Case - Mirrorless Camera Body / Lens + 1 Extra Prime Lens - Crop Sensor DSLR/Lens + 1 Extra Prime Lens - DSLR Camera Body / Lens Example for Everyday Use - Wallet, Phone, Keys, Sunglasses and Passport - 3 Beers Included - 1 FlexFold Divider - 2 Large and 4 Small Internal Expandable Pockets - 2 external carrying compartment external external carrying compartment Strap - No tablet case Carrying style: can be worn as a shoulder bag or waist bag Review: a - a Review: Brilliant, but... - A brilliant sling bag. I was hesitating between the 3l and 6l models because of the extra space the larger one would provide for a bottle of water or a third lens or whatever you could think of for a day trip. Ultimately, I bought the 3l due to the more compact form factor for carrying around plus it would force me to pack less and lighter which I saw as an advantage. It takes my Zfc with 16-50mm + 50-250mm lenses, extra battery, memory cards, power bank, strap, cable, etc. A bottle of water could be carried with the external straps at the bottom which could also carry a sweater or a tripod or an umbrella etc. I often carried my camera outside the bag with a peak design capture clip which freed space for a water bottle inside. If I would need a third lense, well, I'd better just plan what I'd be shooting that day just more carefully. Only one aspect I've had problems with - the external straps under the bag. If they are tightened, no problem. But if they are a little loose, I noticed one end got free a few times and the weather I was carrying could've fallen.

This is a really well made product. Carries my mirrorless camera plus some accessories like the charger and card reader. Only gripe is the front zipper, which is not very roomy. I find that it serves more like a decorative function.

This is a great camera bag - small and light with shoulder strap which more importantly converts to a bum bag and can easily be accessed by loosening off the quick release buckle and sliding it around. I can't tell you how many times I thank my daughter for recommending this to me when I am travelling through an airport with bags and carry-on luggage in both hands and the camera wrapped securely round my waist. This medium size has plenty of room for the 250D with standard lens and an attached Peak Design slide strap, an iPhone and (at a squeeze) a 70-300 zoom lens. Highly recommended and worth the price for this good looking and rugged piece of kit. PS On shoots, a small tripod can be fitted under the bag with supplied straps.

Great quality feel. Perfect size for on the go iPhone videography. Can fit the DJI mic case, phone, cage, handles, ssds, battery, plus a tripod on the bottom if needed. Very nice materials and build quality, lowkey design, top shelf construction, overall well throughout our design except.. The front pocket is a bit frustrating, at the smallest size with the overhang it is very difficult to get into to store a phone size object. For smaller things it should be ok. Would almost certainly buy again, maybe need another one for my general every day carry.

I like Peak Design and their products as they are thoughtfully designed and well made, and their prices reflect that. I carry my Nikon Z50 with both the 16-50mm and 50-100mm lenses (with either attached they still all fit) with me just about everywhere I go, and the other pockets stash away memory cards, batteries, tools, etc. What's nice about my Z50 is that I can charge the battery in-camera with just a cord, so I don't need to carry a bulky charging brick the size of an UNO deck. I know some people complain about that if storing that brick in the front pocket as it would be a tight fit and protrude out, but I guess I don't have that problem. I keep my phone and AirPods in that front case. I like to use this bag mainly as a fanny pack but will occasionally sling it across my body. The strap does tuck away into the bag when used as a waist pack, but it's a bit cumbersome to tuck the straps away if you accidentally pull it out, which is really my ONLY complaint about this bag. But that's it, everything else is great! I don't use the advertised strap to mount my Capture Clip, where some users complain that they can't freely open the zipper when mounted there. When I'm wearing the sling I just put the camera away inside the zippered compartment when I'm not using it. I use the Capture Clip on my backpack straps to keep my camera handy but I don't use the Sling and backpack at the same time. This pack looks and feels like a proper, but bigger, fanny pack, and I like how discreet it looks as it doesn't scream "EXPENSIVE PHOTO GEAR INSIDE." I can wear it in front, back, side, or slung over my shoulder, but my wife makes fun of me when I do that, calling the Sling my purse. This bag goes everywhere with me, at least in the car, and can easily be packed in a larger backpack if needed. I tend to sling it around the headrest of my passenger seat for easy access whenever I go out. The strap tightens easily and is fairly sturdy. I would feel very confident carrying this crossbody or waist style in an untrustworthy area as it would be difficult to quickly cut the straps and someone trying to yank it off me would likely not be able to break any of the hardware securing the straps. I thought about buying the bigger versions for when I bring other lenses but decided that this was the perfect size for EDC after using it for a few months now. I haven't taken it on any trips or vacation yet, just some street and local photography, as well as some indoor middle school sporting events. It's expensive, but I think it's worth every penny paid. Keep in mind that my Z50 is mirrorless, and has a smaller profile than traditional DSLRs. Closing the zipper is an EXACT fit in multiple configurations (Body + 50-200, 16-50 in divider; Body + 16-50, 50-200 in divider), and even so, I have to be deliberate in how I place it, but that's okay because I like to have the camera gear snug to prevent any damage during activity. The bag is well padded and I am confident in its protection ability. I don't ever have to move the divider regardless of what lens is on the body, just tweak the flex fold divider petals and it's all set. Highly recommended.
