Fine quality , great price ! I write info, titles ... so the white discs are perfect. Having problems with verbatim newer DVD's so I'll be back for more SMARTBUYS.

I have been using these discs for years. They do the job at an excellent price. It's great that they do not come packaged on a spindled "cake dish," but instead are simply wrapped in plastic film. This is about as earth friendly as you can get with this kind of product. (I was lucky to have had a few "cake dish" spindles on hand from competing products. These SmartBuy disks fit in them fine.)

I needed blank DVDs for duping purposes - most people want to stream but some want particular home brew or mixes for events - these discs provide exactly what is needed - consistent and durable. Use a Sharpie to label and you're good to go.

These record as well as any other DVDs I have tried, which have mostly been the upper end name brands. However, after a recent dive into many details about discs I learned that there can be superior or inferior coatings that may affect the longevity of the recorded material. Whether or not these cheaper discs are less long lasting —I guess you can check back with me in about 100 years.

One of the best qualities is that they are blank on the top. You can easily write with a Sharpie and are impeded with the printing that other disks have.All of our copies have been excellent and no problems. I agree, not having a spindle can be problematic but easily solved if you have an extra spindle and cut the packaging from the bottom. Then you can simply slide the spindle into pack. I mark the pack half way, so I can load 50 onto my extra spindle quite easily.
