Very Easy
This is really easy to use. My coffeemaker had a very thorough cleaning only about six weeks before (even a new filter), but some little thing was caught and causing the coffee to pour out in two streams. This worked great and fast for a quick cleaning.

This works!
I've descaled before, but this is different. This product actually helps clean out the needle and basket area, which on my machine is NOT removable, thus hard to clean. I used one pod, ran the cycle then ran water through twice more.
