Alright guys, let’s just dive right into it. This is a horrible product. Looks great in the picture though. Let me explain. Also guys, early reviewer rewards doesn’t mean boast a crap product you could give it a one star and you’ll still get your “reward”. I’m in this situation because I believed your reviews.I agree, assembly was easy to understand. However, it is so overly complicated due to poor design. There are 2 screw in bolts AND 2 more bolts with nuts PER LEG. Then the rest folds out and a screw to attach the center “ + “ shaped support bars to each of the 4 sides.So now that we know this is an overly complicated design. Let me tell you about the HARDWARE. Described in a few words? CHEAP. SOFT. METAL. GARRRRRRBAGE. Came with all the hardware. You will use an Allen wrench and a 13mm socket. I suggest using your own tools because their’s is a joke. So, the Allen heads strip extremely easily so if you actually buy this product (bless your heart) expect not to be able to take it apart to return or move it. (I’ll get into this later)WOOD SLATS. The answers in the questions of how far the slats are apart say 1”. Apparently people don’t know what ONE inch is. Much closer to 4” though I did not measure because I want this trash out of my house. Cheap. Flimsy. Not EVEN the right length?! HA. The jokes will keep coming folks. There are 10 slats on each side for 20 total. Not much more to say, the easiest part of the frame and they couldn’t even get that right.SQUEAKY. After a week it started to squeak. We are very easy on our bed and fairly light individuals. Wife, 130. Me ,180. We only go to bed to sleep or have fun. We don’t lounge in it. We didn’t have it up long enough to have fun in it so just from sleeping it started squeaking after a week? Next!Alriiiight. Time for the RETURN! Went to take it down and the screws are stripped, remember???I. Was. PISSED. Period. So I took apart what little pieces weren’t or managed to get out even while being stripped. I think two or three legs are still attached because of the screw in bolts. Anyway I was so mad I stopped and called Amazon, they were great. UPS is coming to pick it up. Waste on their part cause they will just have to toss the product but at least I don’t have to pay to take it to the dump. Though.... I WOULD NOT MIND ONE BIT.LOOKS. now for the looks of it. There are holes in the legs for headboards and foot boards. While that’s versatile, it looks ugly. I’d look at the frame with holes in the legs? Tacky. Ugly. I know it had holes for headboards (no big deal you won’t really see it) but it’s all four corner legs. Keep that inmind. It’s a VERY square frame. Mattresses tend to have rounded edges especially after the sheets are on it. This created about an inch gap at the end of the bed after the mattress was snug un to the wall. Oh wow it looks fantastic. NOT. I can almost fit my whole hand through there.All add for my wife, though she is prone to stubbing her toes because objects jump out and kick her these legs cause her a lot of pain. So if you’re prone to stubbing your toes my wife says this is a magnet for that. I will give her the sharp corners though. The corners do hurt.Sorry guys. There is so much I hate about this frame that I want to make sure you get my full opinion and experience. Thank you for your time and I hope this helps someone. Love this bed frame! It's a great height, I can easily fit landry baskets underneath. It holds my hybrid mattress perfectly. And it was super easy to put together.
