PickleballCentral Rally Portable Pickleball Net System with Ball Holder

We've recently started to play pickleball and took the plunge to buy a net. This particular set appears to be sturdier than most that we see. The metal parts are not circular in cross section but are elliptical: very similar shape to a USB c port. Finish is nice. Comes with a carrying case that is thin plastic/vinyl: that may not last long. I used some left over TYVEK to line the carrying case. After 6 months of use I've noticed a problem with the center post: it is a rectangular steel piece enclosed by a canvas-like material. The edges are sharp and I've seen it cut the material at the top and bottom edges. It would have been nice if the manufacturer had sanded/filed these edges down. For now I'm covering whatever edge that I can with some Gorilla tape. Although the finish is nice, I've taken the liberty of spray-painting the welded joints for additional corrosion prevention. The foot pads also seem to come off from time to time and I'll probably use some contact cement to glue the pads back to the bottoms of the posts.

Just received my well packaged  PickleballCentral Rally Portable Pickleball Net System with Ball Holder  and can't wait to use. I did set it up inside my home.It was very easy to assemble, all parts fit together perfectly. The frame goes together logically so that it is difficult to not get it right; the center post is dead center and vertical.The frame is pretty heavy duty metal, rounded and a little more than 1.5 X 0.75 inches, and has what seems like a good durable paint finish.The net itself seems really good, with well-sewn top and bottom edges, end sleeves that fit easily over the end posts. and velcro adjustment straps that balance the tension on front and back so that it looks nice and straight.The middle pole is a breeze to set. The carry bag is easy to load and zip on the first try, and it has pairs of straps for keeping the right and left frame pieces separate, and a pair of straps that keeps all the contents from rattling around.The ball holder is made of sturdy metal, also. Instructions are included and state the proper height for the net at the ends and in the middle.The center height seems to be exact, effortlessly.The net end heights at 1 foot in needed barely a nudge to be exactly legal.I am glad I picked this pickleball net system.

For those who are looking to set up a non-permanent pickleball court this is the ideal net. It is very easy to set up (which is a good thing, because the instructions that come with it are worthless) and can be ready to use in 5 minutes or less. It will take a little longer the first time but not much. The metal frame is very sturdy and fits together firmly but easily. The net stays very tight and has velcro adjusting straps on each end for additional adjustment as necessary. If you are playing outdoors, the ball holder that attaches to the end post of the net is very handy, allowing you to use 4 or 5 balls before you have to go chasing the ones that got away. The carrying bag is very handy for keeping all the parts together but I had a very hard time trying to get the ball holder inside with all the other parts so it just rides outside. All in all, if you are a pickleball fanatic who wants or needs to have his own net, this is the one to buy.

Although I haven't had the opportunity to use the net, I did however set it up to make sure everything fit properly and that all required pieces were included. The net seems quite sturdy. The center support opening was a little narrow on one end but a few soft hammer taps against a hard surface evened it out and I was able to insert the next piece. I can see how perhaps the new design might be more prone to this problem than the round design. Hopefully it won't be and I'll enjoy problem free use.

I would have given all 5s but the clip that holds the center post is some type of plastic or resin and really sh/be metal. This area takes a lot of stress and I an very concerned that it will break in the future.

Wow, this is a great product. I had wanted to start playing this game for some time and finally decided on this product after a thorough search The net is easy to put together, sturdy and made very well. Pickleball has turned into the new family favorite and everyone who comes over absolutely loves it. Great exercise, great game and great product.

Love being able to set up a game anywhere! It's ridiculously easy to set up, extremely sturdy, and pretty great. The bag is fairly compact in size, but it is heavy of course. We used some of the tennis court lines, and used painter's tape for the rest. That worked great

We are really happy with this purchase, it is a much sturdier net than others that we have used, so it works really well outside in windy conditions! The ball holder is an extra plus too! It's great!
