After doing extensive research, I knew I needed a trap that wasn’t disposable, in case rodents returned again in my home, a trap that didn’t require the need for poison baits and can be used around my pet; this trap checked all the boxes. Having observed the runnings of the brown mouse, I knew exactly where to set the trap which is relatively easy to do. Using gloves, I unscrewed the small bait opening and placed some chocolate within it, not much is needed. Set the trap and trust me, the hinge is strong and did stay in place where I positioned the trap near my pantry. Did this with both traps around 5pm and by 11:00pm, or a little afterwards, I heard it click; knew I got the little bugger. This trap surely has the power to do the job and worked on the first go. Impressive, now I know that this mouse won’t be learning to avoid the trap. Would definitely buy again if these traps start failing in the future as fantastic value, strong quality, effective and for those who are squeamish, you don’t see any blood or spillage; just the rear legs and tail of the rodent. Best to empty it the way it came through. Easy to clean.
