It is really quick and easy it was to erect and to put-away.. It is also large enough to fit 4 adults inside. Very good value for money.

TO FOLLOW MY LETTER SENT TO WHITEFANG 09/12/2020 (I sent letter separately, twice, to confirm receipt)Dear Sir/Ms,I just opened my new White Fang XL Sun Shelter pop up purchased through Amazon order #ORDER # (was included in letter). While I'm hopeful that you can send the right tent this one is not what is advertised. I researched tents at length to find the largest tallest etc. Easthills, Coleman, Pacific Breese and more. Watched every video. Was hoping to make a nice video for you as I live on the beach (not much video out there for you).I purchased based on many factors and this part of your add, " The size is upgraded to 99"L x 55"W x 59"H for 2 adult & 2 kids at more affordable price. Our factory managers think no one else is doing what we are to ensure both low price & high quality." As to size and especially the HEIGHT, the tent I received is by no means these measurements. I also researched through your reviews and was pleased as to the wrapped size and weight etc. The last convincing purchase factor was I read many many reviews and what stood out the most for you was positive comments as to your customer service.Lets start with the ACTUAL measurements for what I received which are 91" L x 49" W x 55" H as measured to the exterior top of the ball when set up. The Highest interior measurement for the tent at the shade fold is 50" which is the very front of the tent. Overall the actual center interior height is 48". None of which is the, "upgraded to 99"L x 55"W x 59"H" indicated in your add. Not even close. In review that's 8" shorter in length, 6" shorter in width and 11" shorter on interior height! Let's be real here no purchaser is expecting your ADD to be highlighting the exterior dimensions of the tent. But you never even came close to your ADD's dimensions in exterior measurements either.Also the dimensions when packed that I researched in your questions and answers where incorrect as well, "Item Package Dimensions L x W x H 32 x 6 x 5 inches was the response. The actual dimensions are 37 X 8X 8 which is important to those traveling.I was most impressed in reading through your reviews with the amount of GREAT comments you received regarding customer service. I'm hoping to receive the same. Very disappointed that it looks like the correct size tent would now not arrive until October now but I do want the correct tent that I ordered, that is the measurements as indicated in your add. I know you are competing with Easthills Deluxe XL and I know you can do that and outshine them, provided it's the tent dimensions as advertised.Lastly there were two weird stickers on the bag for my tent it was clear this tent had at least been set up previously as one of the lengthwise poles was still in the base grommet. The tent did not appear to be factory wrapped. There are also some dirt and a small hole in the bag itself. It arrived Box very crushed as well.Again I hope we can get this corrected as I do like the tent overall. I do believe the material is quality as advertised in the 210 thread count. But tent no longer available in OCTOBER either. I will be returning my tent for full refund.9/25/2020 Never a word from White Fang here are photos of what the advertised length/width/height SHOULD BE. I did the best I could for the height just me so on timer. If it looks like a lot it is, basically an 11" difference. It's sad to me that people are not measuring the tents they purchase and calling these companies to be honest and transparent.10/20/2020. I Purchased an Easthills tent. Much better design good in wind easy setup and 100% as advertised as to size.

About a week after I received the tent, i received a followup email to review the product. The problem was that I didn’t even get to enjoy the tent being as my husband decided to take it out without me. Upon collapse, one of the joints broke. It was more likely due to user error than product defect. Needless to say I was a little miffed at him. I emailed back explaining my situation and asked if we could order the part that broke (leg joint) in an attempt to salvage what we can. They immediately responded and asked for some pictures to better understand what happened but in that same email stated they would be happy to send a replacement tent... not part, TENT! I was shocked to say the least. They were so polite and not at all accusatory even when I said it could be from user error, but they offered to replace it free of charge without hesitation. Seriously, what company does that now days? With all the people abusing return policies I NEVER thought for a second they would ever offer that. THAT to me shows pride and confidence in their product, customer service, and company. Upon my reply they shipped out a new tent scheduled to arrive in a few days. I’m beyond grateful, and impressed by their customer service standards I would not hesitate buying from them. As for the tent, sturdy but light, easy to set up/collapse, and the cloud print is so fun! We will enjoy this year round with our 4 month old!

I purchased in June. Didn’t get around to using it until just recently for the first time. One of the tabs in the middle piece is broken, so the pole won’t stay in place and it makes it useless. It’s passed return date so I’m stuck with it...**Update 06/02**I wrote my earlier review in haste and admit that I should have reached out to the seller prior to submitting it. It turns out that after I wrote the review, the seller has been trying to contact me but his emails were going to my spam. I finally received one of his emails and am so happy I did. He replaced my item, free of charge, and with zero hassle. I got it last night, popped it up in literally 2 seconds, and the product is awesome. I bet the first one I purchased was damaged in shipping and no fault of the seller. I edited my review to give the seller 5 stars for his product and unheard of customer service. Buy from this seller with confidence. Thanks so much! We can’t wait for the summer months ahead on the beach and camping trips with our new tent!!

The tent is amazing! Super easy to put up, I’m really short (not even 5 ft) and I was able to quickly put the tent up by myself. Took me less than 5 minutes. Size is perfect, I can’t wait to take it to the beach. Super lightweight as well. Price is well worth it!
