Does it come with the adhesive?

That’s confusing since it says it comes with adhesive strip

is this product something that is sutiable for an industrial building or more for home use and gutters?

I'm not sure why you would use this in a gutter, but I think it's very suitable for any building, home or industrial. It does a great job of keeping birds out of anywhere they might roost and it's very easy to install.

How far do the spikes extend outward? Would it work for a 7 inch ledge? And is it all one big long section of 24 feet, or can you cut it?

This set includes 24 linear feet of stainless steel spikes that measure 4.5" deep (for 5" effective depth coverage), sent as 12 two-foot linear segments. Thank you.

Do these work for doves?

They work in the sense that they do not sit where you have the spikes. We put them in our railing and the birds no longer perch there. So if you are getting them for narrow surfaces, yes, they will do he trick.If it is a larger surface you want to protect, you need to think of a combination of deterrents: spikes for the railings, the pitch machine for flat surfaces, and mesh/ chicken wire for nooks and crannies where they might roost. Pigeons and doves are very persistent. You might want to get yourself a B B gun too.

Excellent, keeps American Robins off that side of my house above bedroom at 4:20am. Recommend to use stainless screws with rubber washers, and caulk under the strips to prevent water penetration. I just wish these were slightly more affordable.
