Enzymedica, Natto-K®, 90 Capsules

I have been using Natto-K on-and-off for over 3 years at the time of this writing. This preparation contains Nattokinase and Bromelain, along with some other enzymes. The are primarily considered to be digestive enzymes. I initially took it, along with another Nattokinase supplement of a higher dosage, at a time when I had a suspected incidence of DVT (Deep vein thrombosis). As I could not obtain medical attention until the next day, I took several doses of the two supplements throughout the night. By morning the condition had alleviated, by 50% or more. I remained on the supplement at higher dosages (around 6 per day, plus the other Nattokinase supplement) for about two more weeks. Since then, I have continued to take Natto-K at lower dosages, usually 2 capsules per day, a few days each week. I take the Natto-K in conjunction with Dr's Best Serrapeptase and Nattokinase. I have no apparent side effects. WebMD has a good general writeup on both nattokinase and bromelain, one of the other enzymes in Natto-K. While there are some cases where it is recognized that the enzymes included in Natto-K may be effective, many claims, such as lessening of arterial blockages, are made without any scientific evidence. For what I used it for, it was sublimely effective, and I think enough of it to keep it in my regimen, and have recommended it to others.

received one bottle of the natto k. and noticed it looked short of 90 capsules, after counting bottle only had 73 capsules.. The bottle was sealed with plastic on cap and bottle seal glued properly to top. So tampering was not possible. This came from the co. short 17 capsules.

This product helps with blood pressure for me. I hope it will reduce the calcium in my blood. I will see after my blood test.

This special enzyme appears to be gradually reducing the amount of scar tissue that has been binding my knee after joint replacement surgery..... As it says, it breaks down excess fibrin in the blood, so the scar tissue is able to dissolve. The mobility has definitely improved since taking this.
