It lasted few weeks before Neato would stop charging it and display an error message requesting me to reset the batteries. This is after I followed procedures and fully charge and depleted the batteries for the first 3 cycles.I called Amazon a month later but the return window has passed. I insisted since I buy volume of merchandise from Amazon and they made an exception.So the Batteries are suppose to hold higher charge capacity, and cost less. Should that turn some red lights? Sure it should have...So for all the reviewer that received the item for a discount (free) for their unbiased review (getting paid to glorify products), which became a new trend in Amazon, this should be clear for buyers to stay away.Do not buy this garbage!

Excellent replacement battery for the Neato XV products. This battery set has greater capacity and works better than the original. In the package you will receive detailed instructions on how to go about correct battery replacement, which was missing from the first Neato brand replacements I purchased from Neato itself. BestBatt seems to do a better job.

Original batteries pooped out and used these as replacement. Easy to install. Run time now up to 90 minutes after two charge cycles. Paperwork suggests 3 to 4 charges before max run time. Need to empty collection bin now before battery needs recharge!

I followed exactly the installation instructions. The vacuum ran for 1 round, recharged and then ran another round. And then it just sits on its base overnight showing it's still recharging.

Received batteries May 3, installed May 6, now won't charge and on July 6 started getting battery error message on Neato, didn't even make it 2 months. Way to go Mr Battery selling junk batteries and way to go Amazon offering them to Prime members.

My old xv-11 was down to 20 minutes run-time. I replaced the original 3200mAh with these and followed the reset instructions along with a 24 hour full charge. The unit now runs for ~75 minutes. Very cool!

Edited 9/28/16: I have continued to get very regular error messages and have even had my unit shut off completely in the middle of operation. I would recommend trying a different set of batteries. Reseating the connection does seem to help with the battery errors for a while, but then the issues crop up again. Very disappointed since they started out working so well. I have completely discharged and recharged them twice and that process also seems to help for a few days but then the issues return. The first pass of cleaning seems to go well most times, but when it returns to charge that is when the errors begin.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Excellent batteries! Jeeves is able to run much longer without having to go back for a nap. I had some issues after the initial install, continuous battery errors that were having to be reset until finally the unit was completely non-functional. I took the batteries out, reinstalled them, and haven't had any issues like that at all since, everything has worked flawlessly for the past week. I am assuming that I didn't fully seat the connections on the initial install.

Neato had me buy a replacement battery for the unit as it has quit working, the battery worked for 3 charges and now it has quit. I'm very disappointed with Neato and the battery.
