I love these GF egg noodles. They have a good texture and work well with dishes that you might normally eat with egg noodles. I would like to see these in a shorter shape, as well.

5 stars for the product. Unable to find this in local stores so had to order online. This is perfect for a newly diagnosed gluten intolerant person. This brand is stellar for flavor and texture. Cons: shipping. Was sent in an envelope. So the box was crushed and the contents were spilled out inside.

I always like Jovial. The tagliatelle holds together and made for a great dish. I used it for Beef Stroganov and will keep up a supply.

These noodles are great. My non gluten free family members prefer these noodles to gluten containing egg noodles.

I boiled some chicken and added the noodles and it tasted JUST LIKE MY CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS I USE TO BE ABLE TO EAT. Thank you so much for this product.
