Breaks Easily
This is made out of plastic and breaks easily. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find anything more sturdy that works.

a bit too expensive!
This is what you expect ... it works great for the pop up head... but it shouldn't be this expensive for a piece of plastic.

Great for what it was designed for
I had one of these and used it to pull the in-floor cleaning heads on occasion to adjust the flows of each one. We had a house fire, so I had to purchase another one. I like that it has a stainless steel bolt and wing nut to attach it to my pole. It makes for easy attachment and adjustment to pull each head out. Putting the head back in is just the reverse of taking it out. I do wish the arms on the puller would have a bit more positive engagement on it, but works just the same as-is. To me the value for the money isn’t there because if you have in-floor heads, you need to have one and they know that and over price it.

Yes, it works, but not for long
It worked as intended for the removal of two cleaning heads. Handy design attaches to brush pole. It broke when I attempted to remove the third head. Probably due to the torque at the end of a 9' pole on a small plastic tooth. It's hard to complain because they so make a metal tool for 3x the price. You have to run the calculus yourself on whether it's worth it or not. I'll probably replace the rest of the heads when I drain the pool...or purchase the metal tool.

Works great for my g4v system, not as flimsy as others have stated
Works great, not as flimsy as everyone said. I had one head that seemed to have an issue. I considered the metal version, but given that I likely only needed it for 1 small fix I decided to give this a try since it was 5x cheaper. Worked great and not as flimsy as others have said. As a pool owner who may only use this a few times, I would definitely recommend this version. In fact, used it about on about 10 times on 3 different heads to compare to see what my issue was. Still in great condition. Glad I didn't waste money on the metal version

Not well made.
This tool would be more reliable if it were made from metal. It has a tendency to pop out of the cleaning head when torqued on. It hasn't broken yet but it's only a matter of time.

0 stars broke on first pop up install stay away!!!
I bought this for a specific job if 2 pop ups in one pool, didn’t mind the 2 week shipping, but the day after I record it, I drove 25 miles to use it to install 2 pop ups and it broke one of the 2 hooks off. Waste of money!!!! Go spend 3x at Leslie’s pro or pwp or SCP
