I preface my review with: I was careful when purchasing this product to read the details and reviews (as any ONLINE BUYER should know to do)... and I LOVE LOVE LOVE this cover. We live in Florida in the HOT sun year round and they seem to be very durable. The boxes came quickly - the instructions were SUPER clear and the easiest thing to put together. I love the clips and the velcro that helps to cover the zippers. To be fair - I will also disclose that in my initial order, I purchased a square corner, a right end, a left end and two additional inserts. In the order, there was an error instead of the two additional inserts, they accidentally sent me 1 insert and a curved wedge (which I couldn't use). I went online (was so upset and concerned) but to my absolute surprise, I never had to speak to anyone - just fill out a return form online, tell them what was wrong, and they sent me at no additional cost the correct item with the understanding that I would return the item that was sent in error. I mailed it the next day (at NO COST to me) from the local UPS store and I have been very happy. Again - I love this product and would recommend it for anyone who has outdoor patio furniture that shouldn't get wet or too much sun exposure!

I bought a set of these modular covers in 2018 for an outdoor sectional sofa. I felt compelled to write a review (which I never do) because the warranty service on these covers has been phenomenal. The covers are sturdy and fairly thick, but some of the pieces have cracked and ripped as a result of extreme cold and wind where I live in the Northeast. Each time this has happened and I have submitted a claim online, the company has been incredibly responsive and replaced the pieces promptly. A quality cover plus good warranty service made this an excellent purchase and I would highly recommend it to others. Especially since the cost of the set is much more reasonable than purchasing a custom cover to fit furniture with non-standard dimensions.

Update to original post. Have used my covers for a little over 2 months. I already have 2 sections that have started to crack in different places. They are not in direct sunlight or hit with harsh weather conditions. I will report back on how warranty works out.I purchased a left and right end and 4 28” armless centers. I did receive 3 right arms so I was missing a left arm end and a center armless center piece. I bought some of the pieces from the Amazon warehouse which made me laugh that the orange sticker on the box said that it was checked and they were still wrong pieces. Not to worry. Amazon’s great customer service corrected that quickly.The 28” armless centers I received are slightly wider than 28 inches (maybe 1.5-2inches wider). I have quite a bit of overhang at the ends of my sectional. A 12” extension would be really close to the perfect size for me to replace a 28” if they are a little wider than 12 inches. I am just hesitant to order more to try.My house is elevated on stilts and my furniture sits underneath. I do not get direct rain on my covers so I can’t say how waterproof they are. They do get wet when the rain is blowing sideway. I haven’t noticed any water on my cushions. So far so good.

These covers look great and work great. We have a very long L-shape outdoor sofa and this modular solution was the only way to get something to fit correctly. I ordered a curved corner, a R and L arm and 2 armless modules. It was still a little short so I ended up ordering an additional 2 extension pieces. Turns out that rain water can come in through the zippers (not much but does need to be dried out) so I would recommend ordering as few modules as possible. I should have just ordered 2 corner units instead of 2 armless and also 2 extension. Would have less seams and also would have been less expensive.

Would have given this a 5 star, but amazon initially sent me duplicate covers for the arms (ie two right arm units instead of one right and one left arm unit) This is important because the individual covers zip together and you can't do that unless you have one of each, I would classify these covers as being very well made and durable. The covers are a little large for my sectional, but I have not installed the seating pillows yet, so suspect they will fit better at that time

For several years I have been using these covers for a couch that we have in our back yard. They look sharp, and despite 110 degree weather in the summer, they will last you for several years. The best part is that the couch always looks brand new for parties!Recently some of my sections were cracking, and i contacted the company because the product has a three year warranty, and they promptly sent me replacements sections for free. The warranty process was simple and pain free. I highly recommend this product and the company is very solid too.

I would have given 5 stars but the zippers do allow a tiny amount of moisture through during the rain. Otherwise, the cover is mostly waterproof, with rain beading up on the cover, not soaking it. Being able to personalize the fit is an awesome and unique feature. I had been looking and looking for covers. This is definitely the best I'd come across (even including expensive home magazines, etc.)! I'm thinking adding more Velcro to the zipper flaps, or possibly glue, could fix the few drops getting through.
