Hi Tich! Yes, No Lines can be used above your upper lip. We wouldn't put it directly onto the lips, however.

Q: How do you use this with makeup? I'm trying to use very sparingly, but still getting a lot of white residue.

Use very very sparsely and make sure to rub it in completely and evenly, before it drys. Practice in a small area to get use to it. Never put more on thinking you didn't cover enough, cause you will become all white. Let it dry completely before applying make up. You will probably have to use a powder make up, like bare minerals or sheer cover. Liquid make up, will reactivate the product. Hope this helps. It really works pretty good once you get the hang of it. Keep trying, you'll get it. I did. 

Q: Does it clear up necklines?

Hi, We have never had reports from customer regarding the effectiveness of using the products on neck lines. We would think that because neck lines are usually deeper than the lines around the eye/forehead, that the product wouldn't work as well. Thank you.
