I purchased this vibration-only collar a few days ago, and I’m currently in the early desensitization phase with my dog. Right now, I’m using it off her body—letting her hear and feel the vibration nearby while pairing it with treats and praise. The goal is to help her associate the vibration with something positive, not scary or stressful. One thing I really appreciate is that the vibration is gentle, not aggressive, which makes it perfect for sensitive dogs like mine. It’s subtle enough to get attention without overwhelming her. The build quality of the collar is also excellent—it feels sturdy, reliable, and well-made. Eventually, I plan to use it during recall training as a non-verbal cue to say, “Hey, focus on me,” especially in situations with distractions. This collar is not for punishment—just a clear, kind way to communicate. So far, I’m really happy with it and will update this review once we’ve used it more during actual training sessions. But first impressions? Impressive and humane.

This collar is great for my 17lb Maltipoo He really behaves when he has this on. Just beeping him works great for walks when he’s pulling he only needs to be beeped and he stops but you can hold the button and it beeps continuously he really doesn’t like that If he’s being especially naughty or is in danger and I need him to come the vibration is very useful Great trading tool and very humane without the shock!!

Didn’t work to prevent cat bullying - I have a cat that is just a big bully, he’s well loved, no small kids picking on him, no anxiety or stress, neutered and well cared for cat, just a bully to no end. He bullies our senior car, always attacks and will stay on biting and kicking until we pull him off. Always chasing and causing a lot of stress the the other kitty. I got this hoping it would help in preventing this issue. Target cat weighs seven pounds, healthy and active, we put the collar on and waited. Attack started so we tried the lowest setting, the vibration only seemed to excite kitty and didn’t stop the attack, two days later even on full setting the attacks got worse becait appeared kitty enjoyed it? Sent it back in perfect condition for a full refund without issue. Maybe it works for dogs better or other cats.. back to a spray bottle for this kutty.

Functionally this collar works just as designed, so note that I'm not faulting it for that. And I appreciate that it only does vibration and sound -- no shock. Build quality seems fine. Some pets might respond to it well. Mine are way more high-spirited (aka "hyper") and willful (aka "determined to destroy the Earth") than most others and it didn't really work on them. But as they say your mileage may vary. I expect it's a good training aid for some pets, so give it a try. One minor annoyance is that the collar receiver has a time-out function where it turns itself off after a short period of time and you have to turn it back on. It's perfectly understandable why that's a necessary safety feature, since it would drive a pet mad if a malfunctioning collar were to somehow stay on continuously (or if an overzealous owner "buzzed" it constantly). But I wish it would stay active just *a little* longer, in order to maybe give the pet more time to exhibit the behavior that needs correcting. Still, maybe better safe than sorry.

I gave one star because there's not an option for a negative star. We had the previous version of this collar for 4 years. We only replaced it because the collar was wearing out. It still worked fine. We've had the replacement for 3 months. The new remote doesn't fit snugly into the charger. You have to position it carefully or it will just fall out. And the collar quit working yesterday. Definately not worth the money.

I have an 11 year old toy poodle named tubby! He is 10 pounds and has extreme separation anxiety. We recently started going camping in the past couple of years. Tubby is so bad that even if I’m standing just outside the camper door, he will whine and cry, even though he can still see me. I had to find a solution so he wouldn’t bother my camping neighbors. I did not want to shock him because I didn’t know how he would handle it, and I came across these vibrating collars, so I gave it a chance. It has been a real life saver! If he starts whining, all I have to do is vibrate him on the lowest setting, and it stops him instantly. He will just go and lay on the bed! Now all I have to do is put it on him and he knows not to whine. The one in the picture is a different one that we put on him when we are gone, and it works automatically when it notices him bark. Highly recommend both products for small dogs!

Ok so what they did to make this a n prong, is put round bolts over the 2 stems that do poke out to fit the collar on. 3mm rounded bolts. So if you have an old style one that has prongs and you do not use the shock or want the poky prongs. Just go to hardware store and get tiny 3mm bolts and get a few washers to go in between and then there is your new Exuby with no prongs😉. Your welcome. 🤣🙄🤯. Anyway, I'm truly just wanting what's best for my furbabies at a reasonable price. Not too much to ask for. So instead of paying 70 $ for a tiny devise to shock and scare your little dog. You could just get this one or try the goodboy that has no prongs, Litterally, as well as no stems that have to be covered like prongs do 😂🤔😉. The new goodboy no shock one says it goes 2700 ft....but every other one on the planet is 1,000 ft. Hhhm ok well what I like about that remote is that it will hold 2 colors and they can be zapped at the same time. For 2 male dogs fighting . The Elecane shock one should only be for emergency training only. So Ebay has refurbished ones in good condition for less money 46$ Instead of 70 seems good to me. So the package came in and it all looks new to me. Have not tried it yet but I've not had bad luck with most refurbished items there. So not worried. But this blue bad boy here is only 2 settings and it will distract and old dog and other very small dogs you do not want to freak out. It does work. Just be aware that it is only 2 settings and will not do sound and vibrate together. Some ppl dont ever need more than just a sound or a few levels of vibrate. Tiny dogs if trained early would be a great start to have this one. My 7lb old man chi did fine with this. He is very stubborn and hot headed. And ot distracted him. I just had to have the one that would deal with both males at the same time. So had to send this back. I think i covered alot here and now you do know why this is only 40 or less instead of 70$ detail .... it all matters.

I bought another small dog E collar to try (I had an old one that didn't have any range and weighed a 3rd of my dogs weight!) The vibration wasn't adjustable, super loud and strong as was the tone. It also wasn't much lighter (despite the claims) than my old one. I didn't even try the shock! I found this one and it is smaller and lighter, there is no shock mode which I don't need, so the collar fits much nicer on her neck. The range is excellent, even on the other side of the house while outside! The tone and vibration volume are adjustable. Yes it goes to sleep so just hit the button twice in succession. I only use a short press anyway. I don't know about the battery life yet as I just received it today.
