Winsor & Newton Artists' Oil Introductory Set, 10-Colors

It's lovely indeed. But not v bright nor v dark. Has a good shine though

This is very pigmented gouache paint. It is wonderful.

I love the color but it is more difficult to work with than my finetec gold palette. I use this for practicing or on projects that are not commissions. I put it in a palette and let it dry overnight. I have to work more to get the pigment onto the brush, but it's a beautiful color once you get it there. I suppose you could use it straight from the tube but I feel that wastes more product than necessary.I would recommend this if you want to try a gold and do not want to invest in a more expensive option.

Received this (gold) Winsor & Newton Designers Gouache yesterday and have a ready used it to accentuate a rainy-day watercolor I had been working on. Mixes well with watercolors, goes on smoothly; a little bit goes a long way. Very happy with this purchase! Just finished a picture of my hubby's electric Ibanez guitar - my first attempt. Great product, easy to use, mixes with any color, or alone.

I have used this before, which is why I am ordering again. This is a quality gouache that lays down well and reconstitutes easily.

W&N does it again with t he quality of their paints and pigments. I love this and it is gold when it comes out the tube. I dilute it with water though so it becomes more of a water color. Still very lovely.
