Amazon Brand - Happy Belly Mustard Seed, 3.75 ounce (Pack of 1)

When making a delicious curry recipe that needs mustard seeds, these are excellent. Fairly priced, good flavor, fresh and adequately sized for a typical cooks needs. When tempering or tadka, I get a kick tossing these plus some ghee in a good frying pan (call me crazy but I like using this omelette pan of all things https://amzn.to/444TsWI) and then I'm a happy chef!

Great price for the size.

Quite a bit, actually. The seeds are a robust golden yellow color, look nice & fresh. I ground some in a mortar & pestle instead of an electric food grinder, in order to release the flavor without getting a burned or pasty result. VERY nice taste. Not worried about adding these to any of my dishes. This is my 1st time purchasing a Happy Belly product so it was also nice to have a positive result. Something as tiny as a mustard seed can make or break a dish.

This is a quality product at a good price. The flavor is good, and they seeds are clearly fresh with no stale flavor when used in cooking.

This is a nice bottle of seeds. They smell spiceu and they are very small. They come in a secure container and are a good value.

I am so happy that I finally found whole mustard seeds. Powder works, but I like to grind the seeds to a powder and mix with just a touch of water to make a paste. I spread the paste on a damp paper towel and place a piece of plastic wrap between it and my skin. It's self heating and a great natural pain reliever. But! Never leave on for more than 10 minutes. AND NEVER APPLY DIRECTLY TO THE SKIN! It will cause burns.
