Frontier, Peppercorn White Ceylon Grinder Organic, 2.08 Ounce

I had been looking for whole white peppercorns for forever in the grocery stores but had not had any success. Should have shopped Amazon sooner as Amazon seems to have almost everything. I was thrilled not only to find whole white peppercorns but they were organic too. The funny thing is I purchase this brand of spices in my local Jimbo’s Market (great place for organic local produce) and never found whole white peppercorns only black. The already ground white pepper is pretty tasteless. This product has a nice peppery flavor. I particularly like it for food where you want pepper but not the pepper flecks to show.

Looking forward to using this spice for my gourmet recipes.

So I really like the spice itself, but wish the grinder allowed a little more to come out than it does. Takes a lot of twisting to get sprinkles of the white pepper out. That said, it really does have a nice flavor!

Grinder is just OK, it grinds slow but the white peppercorn is excellent in quality. Clean flavor.
