Fantastic toothbrush.
Daughter loves this toothbrush....and seriously I bought a big name brand for myself and have to charge every couple of days....this one...used twice a day by my daughter I have had to charge maybe twice in 3 months!!!! Fantastic value for money!

Excellent customer service provided, even several months after purchasing the toothbrush when it stopped charging, they sent a replacement straight away. Best customer service I have received in a long while. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter really love it. it's had 5 different power massage setting for teeth. easy to turn on and off. easy to hold. lightweight. haven't even charge it yet and we got it for Xmas day. twice an day still going. Long life battery

Very happy with the product
I bought 2 of this for my 7 year old twins and they both love them, I highly recommend! We had an issue with one of them and the customer service was excellent, we received a replacement straight away!

Unreliable
Purchased at the end of March for my 5yr old son. He loves the design and it has a good range of settings. However, after a couple of months, the switch started to become unreliable, which has gradually progressed into it no longer working at all.At £15 it really needs to work for longer than 5 months. Disappointing.

Switches itself on randomly!
We've had this toothbrush a couple of months now so too late to return. Thought it was a good offer at the time, it's done ok for a couple of months but it now keeps turning itself on randomly and because it's charged rather than a battery we can't stop it (other than turning it off with the button) but it's quite loud and at 2.30 in a morning is quite annoying!!It's either the toothbrush or a ghost 👻
