What to know if installing on a T770.
The rear lights don’t have a compatible plug, but I just added a spade plug and all was good. Easy enough. Now, the front headlights were a different story. It took me over an hour to troubleshoot why the lights weren’t coming on. Turns out they are wired opposite polarity of Bobcat from factory. It’s an easy enough fix once you know the problem. There is a tab inside the plug which makes reversing polarization screw up proof (if it were wired correctly). I took a knife and cut off the tab and flipped the plug 180 degrees, making sure the red and black wires matched to the machine. Now, they work perfectly.
