The handles are too small, it kept slipping out of my small ladies hand and hurting them . I used it with shampoo AS ADVISED and it BROKE off a TON of my hair & turned some of it into a KNOT ! DON'T use it with wet hair, you'll only end up with broken hair. FYI my hair is coloured.. Possibly better suited for a dry haired gentle head massage . I tried that too. Wasn’t impressed much. I’m trained in Indian Head Massage, that’s a nicer experience. I feel like the advice given is VERY MISLEADING to say the least when it comes to using it with wet hair & shampoo etc. I'm VERY UNHAPPY about what it did to my hair .No, I didn't go crazy with it. To have a ton of broken hair and tons of knots is disgraceful . I told my hairdresser, she said it should NOT be used on wet long hair as that's when our hair is most vulnerable. Maybe its okay for very short thick hair. Don't use it on thin hair either. Be careful. You've been warned. I read everything, all the information, the lovely colours on their website . Even when arm heals I will still use this product as so much better than using my hands.
