Received the product with the package looks old and damaged. No wave or curl to my hair. Disappointed.

Not only it did not work, my hair started to fall out. Luckily, I only did the ends of my hair, which will now have to be trimmed.

This perm lotion works very quickly and has a decent scent—the smell is basically gone after three or four washes. It's fantastic.
