This is the absolute best cleaner for natural stone! I use it once a year to do a deep clean. It is a little pricey, but the finished product makes it completely worth it for annual maintenance. Keep in mind that this is an 'intensive cleaner' that will strip the color out of the stone. If you want that luscious, wet-stone look, you must follow up with the Black Diamond Color Enhancer Sealer. Taking this second step gets the stone looking beautiful. I highly recommend this product if you are willing to do the two-step process. However, if you are looking for a simple cleaner and don't want to do the follow-up sealing step, DON'T buy this! Your stone will end up looking dry, dingy, and completely washed out. **The odor is very much like painting, so expect to smell a chemical scent. **

I purchased this because my patio (limestone) had become really dirty. I mixed some up in a spray bottle and sprayed down the areas that were the dirtiest. I waited a couple of hours and then sprayed it off with a garden hose. In all honesty, I felt that it could have done better but that night, we had torrential downpours and THAT did the trick. So my advice would be - spray this stuff down before you know you are getting a heavy rain and let the magic happen. You could use a power washer with the fanned out attachment if you have one. I'm happy with my results.

I ordered this for my travertine shower, but decided to use it on the shower floor at our cabin, which is plastic, I think. I was so very surprised to see how it cleaned. Very impressed with the product. Next is the Travertine. Easy to use... no fumes. I did use a brush and scrubbed a little.
