Installed perfectly
We installed a new handle, (my hubby calls it a geriatric handle ;-). ) This cover went on extremely easy with 2 of us putting it on. Can't wait to use it camping and not just in the driveway.

Not happy
I ordered this product thinking from the information I had read that I would be getting a hand railNope! I a got rubber grip for a hand railWent back to the sight to return it. No helpThem I tried again and I was able to chat with someone. No info on returning the first wrong order But I tried to order the correct product ( hand rail) with the advise textGUESS WHAT!!!! ….now I have 2 grips for the hand rail I don’t have And can’t get help on how or where to exchange them Not happy with this company’s websiteI am out $ 70 bucks with no info on returning the product And Still NO HANDRAIL!!!If you need a hand rail DO NOT GO TO this SITE

Good quality and easy mounting
Fit into previous holes. Gotta like that.Added the zip cover to it.Wife likes being able to grasp the handle at a lower point because she is 5’1.

It rattles as you driver the camper.
To prevent the handle from rattling against the camper door, I moved it to the back position to keep it silent. Apart from that, it functions as intended, effectively extending the handle's length.

Very good hand rail, especially for stairs
The rail is quite big, so it's great for helping someone down or up stairs. The sleeves that come with it make it even nicer. A handicapped person can find it hard to grip things easily, but the sleeves provide enough of a cushion to make gripping easier, and the fabric creates just enough friction to prevent the person's hand from slipping up or down. Really well thought out product.

Brackets distance didn't match existing handle
The brackets didn't line up to the old handle. Will need to patch the old holes. The handle seems a little wobbly in the bracket (like the springs aren't as tight).

Misleading advertising
This product is marketed deceptively. It looks like you are buying the hand rail but in fact you are buying a piece of material that covers the rail for an exorbitant price.

I was expecting a safety rail for my RV. I'm not impressed with the info.
