Heavy duty. It did not come with hook; not cool but I have my own.So imo it's incomplete. The grip is nice and it's very solid. I'd give 5 stars if they weren't so cheap leaving out a hook.

The cable machine attachment is great and feels very sturdy. The grip is a bit rough on your hands. I recommend using work out gloves with them. Overall, very satisfied for the price.

My gym has only a limited amount of handles for cable machines so I bring my own. Very solid. Good product. Holds together very well.

I love these when I am doing lat pull downs and lat rows. I had a great time working out my lats and it gave me a great pump. Would recommend getting this product if you decide to build a home gym.

We use this for neutral grip rows in our home gym and also landmine rows. Works great. Is made of great quality material and was reasonably priced.
