For Type 2 Diabetics with problem controlling blood sugar, give this a try!
My blood sugar would not BUDGE below 160. Increased Insulin, added Metforum, ate properly etc. Nothing seemed to helptook this product and within 2-3 days my blood sugar was 106 going no higher than 150 after eating a full meal. I really think Dr. Whittaker

Very good, take it early a.m
I like it, keep my bS low, also appetite suppressant for me. The only thing is that it makes me hyper if taken past noon n i stay up till very late. So i just take very early in the a.m. ive tried iodine, berberine, chromiun alone, ashwaghanda, etc etc n nothing brings my bs as close to ideal like this product. The first day it was 125!! N id ate a piece of bread! Just avoid taking in the afternoon, so u can sleep at ur normal time.

Works Very Well!
I have taken this in the past and was very pleased with it. Very glad to see this on Amazon, which makes it easier for me to order. It really helps keep my glucose levels in check.

The great readings have been mostly since starting on Glucose Essentials
My glucometer readings are now consistently below 100, except every few weeks one may go just above 100 one day. How much of that can be credited to this product and how much to exercise, I'm not sure. But I've NEVER used any drug for my diabetes in 13 years. End result
We like this product. We ordered it many years from the seller direct. However the direst web page of the seller became so difficult for me to use I gave up on any free offers and have chosen to order through Amazon. Using this product along with a couple of others helps my husband keep his blood sugar manageable.

Not for everyone 💩
Tried for 4 days. Gave me terrible gastrointestinal upset, diarrhea. Was not a benefit for me...

Since the buyer can't read the label from a picture on Amazon, I feel the need to warn you about my experience with this product. It did darken my stools, like the label said. And it did cause gastrointestinal upset, including "loosening of the stools, abdominal discomfort, or nausea"-- only I would say diarrhea, severe stomach cramps, AND nausea. It took 3-4 days after stopping usage to feel better.
