Great for Front Porch
I had done a couple of days worth of research trying to find the best outdoor cat house for the money, specifically for two kittens. We have a covered front porch, and this was perfect for it. It’s a safe place for the kittens to go in case any raccoons or opossums wander in, and will be a nice warm shelter in the winter. I’ve also bought some self-warming cat beds for when it gets cold. The house fit together nicely. I was a little worried because a few other people mentioned about it not fitting together just right, but mine was great and had no issues. Nothing arrived damaged and is very sturdy. No regrets!!!

Nice little house 💕😸
It's a nice little house and I absolutely love it. It's adorable.Pros:• great value for the price• sturdy• very nice size• easy assembly (one person can do it)• nice cedar smellCons:• base floors are a little off size (can fix though)• roof doesn't sit properly, but still secureSo I got ours for some outdoor cats and it's going to be perfect for them. We took off the plastic doors as they didn't like them at all and didn't wanna enter it with the plastic doors (the plastic is a bit thick). But overall this is a nice little house for the value. I've seen a few reviews of the product arriving damaged or dinged and I guess I was lucky that I didn't have any issues like that. I've also seen a review of the top floor not being secure or whatever. You need to make sure you install the back wall properly. The top floor sits between two pieces of wood that protrude from the back wall so you absolutely need to make sure you install it properly. But it's totally worth it!

Great buy
I have read hundreds of reviews on cat houses and finally bit the bullet. My two year old cat has always been inside, and we’ve always had problems with her randomly peeing on the dog bed. Well recently she started peeing on the master bed and the new couch. It seems to be a behavioral thing bc she’s an extremely nervous nelly. She eats a special prescription calming and urinary cat food. I’ve tried sprays, foil on places she was peeing, cleaned incessantly and finally she just had to go out. I feel horrible about it and she still comes in during cold weather. But I wanted her to have a safe place to go when she is outside since she has always been inside. This house was a great value for the price, and if you’re on the fence like me go for it. It’s actually bigger than I anticipated, and all though she’s a pretty fat cat she fits through the doors. We’ve only just put it together and are trying to get her familiar with it, so I can’t say anything as far as use yet!

Great!
Really happy so far! I have t seen our feral-ish cat use it yet. It was fun to assemble - clear simple instructions, and all the pieces lined up correctly, plus the extra screw for each type of screw is a nice touch, so are the little rubber caps for the legs. Smells like cedar. It’s very sturdy. Asphalt roof. Love the color scheme. Our cat is feral - born under a shed, but has adopted us. She freaks out when other people come around, slinking away into the shadows. She’s been sleeping in a blanket fort we made on our patio sofa, but we wanted our sofa back - lol. So we got this cat home to coax her to it. We’ve loaded it with some of her blankets and toys….Fingers crossed.

Remember you wont get a new Lexus for the price of a Kia.
Ok, 1st let me say that this house is great for our purposes. We have 2 feral cats that we have been trying to help out especially with it being winter here in NE PA.If you are fussy do not buy this house. You get what you pay for and fancy folk will not be happy with it. While assembly is easy, there were some defects, splits and a dent from shipping. I know that would send some people over the edge.Pros:Easy assembly (I am a 57 yr old woman and put it together in about 40 minutes with just an electric screwdriver.)Sturdy for the materials usedGreat serviceable outside designLightweight enough to move easily but solid enough to withstand jumping on by a catRoomy inside but small enough to allow heat to accumulate from the cats themselvesHas enough cracks to allow for breathability without being overly draftySide doors for human access to clean were a great selling pointit is as advertised, a house for catsCons:Minor dings and wood splits as expected with this price house- nothing that would effect its structural integrityOdor of pesticide or wood treatment (I believe it will improve when left outside)Made from inexpensive materialsConcerns about the roof longevity if exposed to the elements.Bottom floor is in 2 pieces, I understand that it is for cleaning but would have preferred a solid bottom

Great little house
Easy assembly for a 67 year old woman. I took my time and followed directions. Easy to insulate for the cold winter. It is pretty sturdy. Nice real wood, no pressed board. I had none of the problems reported in other reviews. The cats are slowly getting used to it. It is all good.
