Review: Benutzerunfreundlich, schlechter Support - Dieses Gerät lässt sich zwar über Wlan relativ einfach installieren. Über LAN nicht. Der Support ist eine Katastrophe. Es gibt keine Hotline, nur ein Kontaktformular wo sich niemand zuück meldet. Nach einer Woche warten, hat es keinen Sinn mehr zu hoffen. Die Software ist sehr unübersichtlich. Absolut nicht intuitiv und mit allerlei unnützen Dingen überladen. So das man für die Ersteinrichtung mehrere Stunden seines Lebens verschwenden muss um dann noch festzustellen, daß die Gratis Cloud Daten nur 3 Monate speichert. Also absolut unbrauchbar, denn Zeitkonnten müssen ja wohl so lange speicherbar sein, wie die Angestellten auch angestellt sind. Sonst ist das Gerät sinnfrei. Möchte man die dauerhafte Speicherung, so kommen Kosten von monatlich 50€ auf einen zu, also 600€/Jahr. Das wird im Angebot aber nicht deutlich gemacht. Da gibt es günstigere Systeme. Dieses Gerät geht zurück. Eine Löschung des eigenen Accounts scheint auch nicht so schnell zu gehen, da man hier wieder den Support anschreiben muss. Schade um meine Zeit bei diesem Zeiterfassungssystem.
