I wasn't sure at first.SSTB was rather poorly written and had some major issues, but IKSSE:3 was fantastic from start to finish. Wonderfully paced and epic.However, all that Claudio might have learned doesn't matter much as he isn't the writer of this comic, only the story. Instead his wife, Chondra Echert, takes the reins.It starts somewhat sloppy as there is an attempt to catch-up with what happened in the previous release and her writing style clashes somewhat with what has come before, but by issue two she's wonderfully found her stride and from there on out the entire thing is just as wonderful as the last series.I'm really interested in seeing where this goes as a character based on her is in the story and is not portrayed in a particularly positive light.The artwork is beautiful and the covers are also superb.Highly recommended if you like your sci-fi madly complicated and epic.

Absolutely love it. Was hoping they would make a deluxe version like that did with the first two but I couldn't wait any longer.

These are a must for Coheed fans. I loved getting to know the backstory of the songs and try to spot the relationship between them. Great illustrations go with a great story that will take you to another world.

Fantastic series and I would highly recommend 'Amory Wars' to any Coheed fan!
