How large is each wafer? And is it very thin and delicate? (They only weigh 1 ounce apiece)

Each one is round about 3 1/2 inches across. It's a sandwich, two thin delicate wafers with a buttery caramel syrup in between. So the taste is substantial, sweet and chewy, not light or crispy
