Great waffle maker
The waffle iron feels strong and sturdy in construction. The whole family loved the waffles and they cooked nicely! The plates are not removable but are easily cleaned.

Faulty - but measures are taken
Update: the seller responded fast, promised to exchange the item asap.We started using it only several months after buying, after return window was closed, and on the first use realized it does not heat the waffles evenly, very disappointing.

The power socket is not 3 pin
The only issue with this is the power socket, it’s not as per as UAE 3 pin standard socket. Which is:1-Not suppose to be sold in UAE2-Should be mentioned in the product description and specs
