Size up !! Seriously !! I don’t have a gut but apparently have a rump. Lol. I do like these because I can change in the locker room and pull down my undies without a huge pad staring at everyone !! I use this to help with any incontinence during my workouts.If it helps I’m 38. 5’7 205lbs. More thighs than anything else.

I had ordered a pair of these several months ago. They're alright, they are leak-proof and absorbent (though I still use them with pads and tampons..they're just back-up leak-free assurance for me). The cut is a little weird, and the fabric has very little stretch where the absorbancy is, so I end up wearing a pair of my normal underwear over them because I'm sensitive about new clothing material/textures/fits, and the second layer helps my body eventually forget I'm wearing something abnormal.They worked well enough that I decided to get a second pair to have in rotation so I can dry them a little more leisurely after washing. Well, despite ordering the exact same listing and exact same size, etc. as before, I received something totally different from my original pair. Instead of full-coverage briefs with an absorbent front-to-back layer, I received super thin high-wasted skimpy thongs with no absorbent layer whatsoever. They're also teeny tiny, barely half the size I would need to fit me, but there's no size listed on this new pair at all.They're going straight to returns, and thanks so much for wasting my time, money, and destroying my confidence in buying another pair of underwear from this listing. I'll be looking for a different brand now.

I bleed through super and super + tampons in 1.5 hours and I'm a busy person who can't remember to change my tampon until it's too late. These undies are awesome for backup. Pads always end up scrunched up and sticking to my skin. Washable pads end up turned around. Also great if you sneeze and pee a little! They don't stretch that much and do fit a little snug for a medium. I'd get large next time. I don't care if they're flattering. It's not a time of the month I care.

I have a terrible sinus thing happening. Lots of coughing. I peed through 6 pairs of pants, despite hourly trips to the bathroom. These SOB’s held out ALL DAY. I coughed, I sneezed, I even jumped once - just to see. Not one spot of leakage. It’s like a super absorbent diaper, without feeling wet. I kept coughing and would go to the bathroom like “surely I peed through it this time.”. The ultimate test was a girls night out. These survived the TRIFECTA - drinking, coughing and laughing. I’ll never, ever leave my house without them on again.

Like most women, getting my period isn’t any fun.This underwear made my last period way more comfortable. Less smell, less mess, less sticky residue, less sticky overall, felt like I was on an off day if not for cramps.Easy to wash…used baking soda, vinegar, and detergent. Washed them twice just for my future confidence. I used the low dryer setting. They came out fine.I’m surprised and happy how much I like these. If I had known…but I have them now, lol.

I have the Thinks brand but this pair has longer padding. My only issue is the waist band was a little loose but idk if that’s because I got the wrong size or what

I love these. I have purchased several different types of these underwear and these have been the best. I like the added protection, when I’m at work or out with friends/family. Tampons leak. It happens! And these give me that confidence that it’s not going to leak on my clothes. LOVE! Would highly recommend.

110lbs, 5"2', 36 inch hips and ordered large. It's very slightly loose but fits perfectly everywhere else. Works great. For reference I'm a medium at other leading underwear brands.

Tiene buena protección aunque sino estás familiarizada con la prenda se siente un poco de calor y estando humeda es un poco pesada (poco, pero si se siente). Yo pedí una talla XXL siendo XL regular y me quedó grande de la cadera pero corto de la cintura y eso me hacia sentir incomoda, en las imagenes se veía una pantaleta entera pero no fue así. Las lave a mano y fue rápido pero el secado tardo bastante más de medio día quizas unas 15 horas o más. En lo personal si las recomendaría porque lo básico de su función si lo cumplen sólo revisen bien su talla. Saludos

The media could not be loaded.  Amazed by the product. Waa thinking there be leaks.. since the whole back was not covered by the absorbent layer....But triws overnight without sanitary pad. No leakage at all even i was side sleeping.. and was so comfortable.. wished i had known the existence of period underwear earlier. 😊
