This FLYHAL 9135 Pro Remote Control Car might be my absolute favorite toy I have gotten them so far. It is fast and responsive. It is easy to set up and has a ton of power. One of my favorite things about this 1:16 scale little beauty is that it is a fast 4WD/ You can tear it up on the asphalt and then cut right into the grass, gravel, or dirt without even braking. It is set so low and wide that it just stays glued to the terrain for the most part. It is clearly an intermediate RC car as it can corner harder at speed than the car can handle without tumbling. It goes so fast that if you reverse the course of travel at full speed the car will tumble end over end. It takes a little finesse to be able to use all the torque and speed packed into this car. That fineness is what keeps you playing with it, just trying to ride a little closer to the edge of disaster each lap. It is a blast!Some of the aspects of this car that make it a five-star toy:It comes with two body shells. One that is preprinted from the manufacturer and one that you can paint up and decal on your own. The car has so much oomph that I know I am going to wreck the first body and need a replacement. It is great that they sent one along.The kit comes with two batteries and TWO charging cables. It doesn't seem like a big thing until you realize you can have both battery packs fully charged overnight without having to remember to switch one out at some point. Also, it means you can have one break and still have something to charge with while you replace it. Awesome.The last thing I love about this car is a small thing really. The battery packs strap into one side of the chassis and the motor is on the other. This allows for the weight to be evenly distributed in the car. It doesn't have a dramatic effect on the handling or the function, but it shows that when it was being designed the designers thought about what they were doing and how to do it the best.I am a big kid at heart and I think the mark of a truly fun toy is that it keeps an adult entertained as well as a child. This is a good toy. Our family has accumulated several, novice hobby level RC cars during the past 3 years and have started to upgrade to these types where you can literally take apart each component but stay in the under $100 price range that allow my children to race and beat for learning how to use controls and do minor repairs and Mod tweaking.This Flyhal has been a very decent introductory vehicle into the hobby level of fast remote controlled cars and trucks.PROS- Kid and adult friendly size at 1:16 scale- Decal shell has a cool appearance with additional shell for painting or stickers- Metal shocks- Fairly priced for amateur-targeted RC trucks- VERY high speed (25-30 mph) and goes over most terrain, although it loses a considerable amount of speed and power off pavement-- 4WD allows it to go on practically any terrain, including wet ones- Waterproofing allows you to play in a small puddle of water (and heavy rain) without worries- Smooth control in relation to steering and power- 2 rechargeable two 7.4V/500 mAh high-quality rechargeable We carry along a portable battery powered generator station to charge spare batteries with via USB when not close to the car- Remote control signal goes quite far (up to 250')-- It uses the 2.4 GHz radio frequency, which allows for larger distances-- Hand held requires 2 AA batteries- fully assembled on arrivalWe have a blast with this spirit spider truck and may purchase another 1:16 for offroad matches.

This one caught my eye, has good specs, and the design is awesome and just had to give it a try. I was not dissapointed, this one flys, stays on its wheels on crazy turns and high jumps. The whole suspension moves lower against the top shocks, giving this one some give to take high jumps and land on its wheels and stay there. This one has a high quality motor that is top grade and fast in both forward and reverse. I really like the ability to have two frames, where one is clear and can be modified to my taste where that is pure love for an RC collector. The double battery, where a quick switch when one goes down, saves time, and just awesome idea. Double chargers, where I can charge both batteries at the same time is another thumbs up too. In the end, awesome car, hobby grade all the way where it can be modified with upgraded parts, and it just a lot of fun, where I am very happy with this purchase.

Love the truck, it is everything the other positive reviews have said (fun, good suspension, grippy tires, fast, good value for the price, runs great on rough ground (but not taller grass)... BUT the battery lasts for about 15 minutes if you are lucky. Yes, it is super fun and it comes with two batteries but you are done playing with it in about 25 mins to a 1/2 hour. Both my 11-year old daughter and I like it probably equally. In fact, I like the truck so much that I am going to look for more batteries so we can play with it longer.

I have been wanting one of these for a while. I love that it is rechargeable. I got this to chase my corgi around. The price was really affordable. I also am a big kid. Really easy to use and the instructions were easy to follow.

Amazing RC truck! I got this truck to have some outdoor fun with my kids and so far it has exceeded all expectations! Great quality and super fast !It is worth every penny I paid for it.

Both in terms of price, control and power, the remote control car battery that I bought before is not durable and the power will be dead after playing for a while. This car has dual batteries and battery life is also very good. ! But I want to make a suggestion. Although there is a replacement case, if it can be made thicker and stronger, it would be better. I still give it five stars.
