We were battling extreme chlorine smell and taste in our drinking water. Installed the filter and it helped greatly. Still had slight smell with filter but greatly reduced. Would recommend to others.

This is a great whole house filter
This is a great whole house filter. We live in the country and are on well water. This filter is used to filter all water before it gets to the house. Then we have a water softener system. The filter is easy to change and lasts us 6 months for a family of 4. Amazon's price is about ⅓ of what I was being charged from the company that installed the water softener and original filter.
