Falling pictures in 6 hours
Do not trust. I followed instructions exactly on securing the best bond and within 6 hours, 2 of my 3 pictures fell. Even on warning it says “do not place over bed” so shows they do not trust their own product be be secure. Do not buy

Not good for me
I had high hopes for these. Recently had an exhibition that I needed to hang some framed work. I weighed the work to check how many strips and the size I would need. I followed the instructions to the tee and unfortunately some of the work came crashing down and smashed the glass and frame. To be fair 80% of the pictures stayed up but that 20% cost me and it also made me very nervous about the rest. I wouldn't buy these again myself unless it was for a very light framed piece of work.I think there are a few factors to consider. Unless your wall is perfectly smooth and even, these don't always grip as well as you'd like. Also make sure what you are attaching them to (i.e. the frame) is wide enough (some iKea frames are thin on the back and don't offer enough surface area) and that they are taped securely. The strips also will take off some of the plaster/paint on some walls, so keep some touch up paint/filler ready. I would also suggest ignoring the instructions as to where to place the strips - the manufacturer suggests two each side. I found the framed work held more securely when I did one each at the top, bottom, left and right.Back to the traditional methods of hanging for me.

Not a happy bunny!
Having used the smaller strips for hanging pictures, I decided to hang a family heirloom mirror using 4 of these large strips. The mirror weighs only 10 lb, so well within the range for the large strips. Followed the instructions rigidly, then hung the mirror. Gave it a gentle "tug" to replicate the wind we sometimes get in our hall and, to my horror had to do a "catch and juggle" with the mirror. The adhesive was stuck to the wall and the mirror but the "velcro" (for want of a better word) had detached from the backing! I am not a happy bunny, My Mrs would have wrung my neck if the mirror had broken!

Damage free as promised. Great product.
Lived in rented accommodation where the landlord did not allow any picture hooks..... We were sick of the bare walls, so opted for these command strips. Held up a large frame on the wall for over 2 years with no problems. When we came to move the strips came off the wall effortlessly and there was no damage. Now in our new home, I'm very tempted to buy some more to keep walls damage free.

Work really well for my canvases
Got these to hang some canvases and they worked amazingly.I put them on the canvas first then used a spirit level and a measuring tape to get the correct alignment and just pushed it onto the wall.It stuck straight away and I only used 1 hanger per canvas (a4 sized). My mother in law tried them to put a mirror in her bathroom and it fell off but i think that's because she tried to do it on a wet wall.My mum tried them on her wall with a normal photo frame and it didn't stick but she had embossed wall paper so I think you need to be careful which type of wall you use it on.

IMPRESSIVE
Against my better judgement I was 'made' to use these to hold up a large metal mirror in a bathroom. The bathroom is used every day and the person in question like a hot bath with a lot of steam (me I'm a shower person but this wasn't my house so).In consequence I had grave doubts that these would do the job and even if they did that the adhesion would not last. Please to say I am wrong on all counts (well not pleased as I don't like to be proved wrong!). Six weeks later and 42 steamy baths later the mirror is still up, yay.
