nice book
Nice book, well written, but for the American market and very detailed, would suit a cabinetmaker interested in American style

Good idea book but not a how to step by step book for beginners
It's a good book to come up with ideas and has some pointers on how to do it but I feel the bullet points are always too vague for a beginner like me. So maybe more recommended for a intermediate level that already knows the basics and feels comfortable with just some pointers. The projects inside the book are interesting and for all taste and sizes.Would be nice to have the dimensions also in the metric system.

This is a fantastic book for grades 7-8 and junior high technology/construction classes
This is a fantastic book for grades 7-8 and junior high technology/construction classes. Great range of projects for different skill levels and also allows the student to pick something of interest that they would like to build. You can get by with bandsaws, scroll saws and a basic set of tools (a planer is nice for the different thicknesses of wood used in the projects). Bought a class set many years ago and stil use them today.
