This means that the item you will receive will state a different size than that you order. The size on the box and sole of the boot will be one size smaller than the size you order. These wellingtons are built to withstand most industrial conditions with steel toe caps to take the impact of 200 Joules and steel mid soles to reduce penetration risk on the soles of your feet, ideal for worksites where the ground is unlevel with sharp rubble, broken glass and nails among the many hidden dangers. The deep Z chevron cleat gives excellent adhesion on most surfaces and is resistant to oil. ABSOLUTELY ENORMOUS!!!
Love the boots, gorgeous colour, BUT absolutely enormous!!! Ordered a size 5, was actually sent a size 4 (so presumably they know that the sizing is incorrect) and even these are more like a size 6!!!!Very roomy toes in these boots which is nice - no crushed together toes. I still like them even if they are too large and have stuffed some kitchen roll in mine to make them fit better!!

Sturdy wellies with plenty room for warm thick socks
Just received my wellies this morning. Ordered my proper size, and with thin socks on a tad big, but on the plus side, plenty of room for nice thick warm socks. Not so big that i would go down a size. Bonus - fit around my calves with room to spare (i always have to buy boots specifically for larger calves). Very happy and i won’t be missed as i bought the pink boots, which are a big day glo!!

Nice quality and something different
The company automatically sends a smaller size down than you have ordered. Didn't work for me, I needed my true size.I sent the smaller size back and was refunded the return postage costs back promptly. Nice company to deal with.Good quality boots and the bright pink cheers me up.

Perfect
Love these boots I got them for work and everyone loves them they fit as expected and are comfy but could do with a bit more padding to the feet especially if your on your feet all day

Great value; strong, thick soles; solid toecaps.
Reviews suggested that the wellies are a size larger than that stamped on the boot. But the sellers automatically send one size smaller, so order your true size. They arrived promptly. I found that with a bit of electrical tape inside over the toecap join, and a pair of soft insoles, I could wear them all day every day. Great value for the price. Solid toecap and soles.

Beware of their sizing!
I really wasn’t happy with the fit of these boots and their unique sizing system is questionable.Initially had a very poor customer service via email but my issues were resolved when I finally managed to talk to a real person.A shame as they are nice boots but I feel let down.
